This morning I had a really nice visit to the Tim Hortons at the Odette Cancer Center. I went with an everything bagel topped with herb and garlic cream cheese, and it was just right. My server, Y, was super friendly and suggested the bagel, which turned out to be a great choice. I really appreciated the warm and attentive service!

Horrible service by ALL women working this morning. Dismissive and rude. Retraining on service is an absolute must especially when you are serving coffees to the families of terminally ill patients. Disgusted by their disorganization and lack of regard for customers.
AC was not working

Went through drive through. Quick and easy.
Coffee is always stale. Or made incorrectly . You’d think it would be better since there’s so many people coming and going . Guess not
Worst staff ever , I was waiting for my food for more than 20 minutes . whenever I asked about my food I was told its coming up …. and after all my wait , The lady replied my order was ready but I didn’t pick it up , I was standing and asking for my order but didn’t see anyone calling for my order ..she was just so rude .
I had a wonderful experience this morning at Tim Hortons in the Odette Cancer center. I ordered an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. It was perfect. Y served me and he was very friendly and suggested the deliciousness to me. Thanks for caring
On my visit today to the Odette Cancer center, I stopped with my 95 year old mother who is suffering from jaw bone cancer. I purchased food and drink including a bottle of water for my mom. After we sat down I returned to the counter to ask for a cup for my mom so that she could take her medications - she cannot drink from the bottle and is suffering with pain and discomfort in her mouth. The counter clerk refused to give me a cup unless I paid her ten cents - yes, 10 cents on top of the over $20 I spent on food. She would not help us and simply refused without us paying the ten cents. Thankfully a kind gentleman behind me had a coin so that I would not need to attempt a tiny charge on my debit. Are they clueless, cruel, insensitive and rude or is it just me? I have rarely been so shocked and have never been so disappointed in the organization. How ironic is it that in a medical centre where people are suffering could you find such a disturbing thing at a Tim Hortons. Shame on you.

Waited close to 10 minutes to get my coffee to only give me a black instead of a double double, discovered the wrong coffee upon return to work, horrible

Menu boards revolve too quickly, full of tramps and junkies, staff barely speak English.

Saya online the place closes at 5pm. It's 3:45pm right now on a Friday evening. They have already closed the location. What kind of service is this?
