I went there yesterday and had a great experience. Preet Gandhi helped me with my order as I couldn’t decide what to eat. He was patient and recommended me the new items as well as the ones that suit my taste. Will visit again.
Your typical Horton's. Very limited variety and supply of donuts and muffins, etc. Staff are efficient but often not very personable or friendly. At peak hours long lines. The seating area could be kept cleaner. Often there are people sleeping in chairs or in front of the building. Very often out of carrying trays which makes it very difficult to carry 4 or more coffee in a Timbit box - the bigger problem is that the staff don't tell you they have not trays until the...
The waiting times are really long, don't get me wrong I do come everyday the staff is really hard working people but during rush hours they have long lines and are just two people to all the crowd they are working hard but they need more staff to give a best service, wait ten minutes just to order isn't a good experience, I wanna thank to all the staff for being really nice to me everydayAnd I hope they get more help
