I go into Tim's at Christie every morning for an iced latte. I've been to several others for the same drink. But when I go to the Ossington location they never whip my drink in the mixer. Even when I've asked them to do it for me, they never do It! At first I just took them but the last two times I've had them remake it. I don't like wasting the drink but I pay almost $5 for the drink, I've asked them prior to them making it to make sure to put whip...
I want to appreciate Devam for his outstanding customer service at Tim Hortons. He was welcoming, patient, and very attentive. Employees like him truly represent the brand well. Thank you!
The Tim located at Ossington and Bloor intersections is typical as others in downtown. It is spacious and cleaner. Lots of indoor seating arrangements made it suitable to relax and enjoy your beverage. Although for that you may have to ignore sometimes unpleasant scenarios of homeless people smoking, sleeping around. Otherwise, staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Food quality is par expectation.
