This is without a doubt one of the busiest Tim Hortons you’ll ever find, yet somehow orders still come out reasonably fast. Janette is the best. And Chris. Honestly, they all are. They work harder than most people I know. I’ve been living in this neighborhood for five years, and this Tim’s has become part of my rituals.

Ordered a cold brew through mobile, waited 10 minutes. Checked to see if it was in process, it wasn’t. Waited another 10 minutes to finally get my drink. 20 minutes for a drink. Longest time I’ve ever waited at a Tim Hortons for this drink. Avoid if you don’t have time wait this long.

I don't go there anymore since I moved downtown last year. Its been my Tim's to go for 20 years. There was Christian who I came to know and he and a few others were very diligent and customer service driven employees of this branch, always with a smile even during busy moments.
