Hi, I’m sorry I’m probably misspelling her name because it was a little loud and hard to hear at the location but Janordine (Chanordine?) is such a sweetheart she is so lovely and always is so wonderful to see!! Such a sweetheart and really nice kind staff here at the location

A+ Tim Horton's. Staff is quick and efficient and service is get in, get out. There are no tables, so it's takeout only, but you'll be out of there quickly

Same as Tim Hortons nearby on the same street. The new owner makes this a cheap place by lower the service and stop providing wash room. Entire place looks dirty and old with terrible smell.

Food is fresh. Location is great. Mobile orders are chaotic without a dedicated staff member to dispense them and no way to access your own order. This creates wait times at both the drink and sandwich counter and parts of mobile orders are kept separate. Greater organization is needed.

The people are very nice but I did not like the fact that I had to spend an extra dollar just to have cream cheese on a bagel which is what’s supposed to go on it spending the dollar really wasn’t the issue the issue is that I had to spend extra money just to have cream cheese and then when I got here to pick up my order i ordered online there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel I can’t even eat the other half right now because there is nothing on it I just don’t see what the purpose of me paying for it for if they weren’t going to put enough for both sides of the bagel now I can’t even finish my food and have to walk around with half a bagel when I shouldn’t have to I also ordered a drink and it was never made or even given to me I had to basically fight to get something I already paid for because they were ignoring me I don’t mind paying the money for what I want but I expect to actually get what I paid for and not have to wait for a drink to be made when I ordered it before I came to the store and there wasn’t that many people inside I could understand if there was alot of people in here and they were busy but they aren’t so there is no reason I only got half of my order
