Great Timmy’s location: staff are always very friendly, and they do a great job of keeping everything really clean. They also handle high needs/difficult customers with kindness and respect. I sit-in with my tea whenever I have a chance!

Line is always long and the wait for food is even longer. Flies sitting in the pastry displays. Not the cleanest floors, there’s napkins and trash around. They have a few tables but they’re always full. It gets really crammed during peak hours with students and their backpacks so I would recommend ordering in advance to avoid that.

Look at this Tiramisu cold brew. It’s close to perfection. The perfect ratio between creme and coffee makes them encounter and mix in a blend that recalls a galaxy. This coffee deserves to be on the cover of the menu.

For a coffee shop near the university, this Tim Horton’s sets the bar high with its speed, consistency, and quality. Highly recommend it if you're in the area

One of the best Tim’s n the City! Sometimes the drinks don’t come out as good but overall great experiences here and the staff are professional and friendly.

Like, what the heck is going on at this Tim Hortons? I don’t know how they mess up a simple coffee, but I walked in, ordered a regular coffee with milk, and what do I get? A CUP OF MILK. No coffee at all. How is that even possible?? There was literally NO coffee flavor, just straight-up milk. I could’ve just gone to the fridge at home for that!

And don’t even think about ordering a bagel here. It’s never warmed up, and it’s always tiny, like half the size of what you get at other Tim Hortons. It’s like they rushed it just to get you out of there. I swear, they throw everything together like they don’t care.

I get that it’s busy because it’s on a university campus, but 45 MINUTES for a coffee? There are like 10 workers back there, and they’re all just standing around, but no one’s actually working. I’ve had my order forgotten twice now. One time I waited over an HOUR for a cup of milk with a tiny bit of coffee in it. Are you kidding me?

Oh, and I got their chili soup once – cold, obviously, because they can’t seem to heat anything up – and I found a NAIL and a HAIR in it. Like, what is this place even doing? It’s disgusting. How do they not notice this stuff??

Honestly, I don’t know why anyone still goes here. It’s horrible. The coffee sucks, the bagels are trash, and the service is awful. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would.

Every time I go to a Tim's Hortons, I always do so while holding my breath because I never know what I'm walking in to. If you happen to be near St. George station, Bedford exit, give this Tim's a try! It's my current favourite location.

Overall, staff are professional and polite. The line may get quite long but it moved surprisingly quick. While I wait in line, I can see staff politely greet customers and orders move smoothly. Coffee comes out hot and treats are as expected. Like many other Tim's though, the set up is a bit odd if you get food and drink..expect to get your coffee near the cash and then pick up your food in a different location. It would be lovely if someone higher up could fix the overall set up so it's not their fault. It's nice to go to a Tim's, get my order done correctly, and be greeted professionally. I'll definitely be back!

Worst service ever at this place most of the staff are horrible. The one lady that was good seems to be gone. The asian manager is a complete joke and makes things worse when she is there. Two of the guys working early in the morning are good but can not keep up with the demand since the rest are so bad 😫

Why is this location so stingy with the coffee sleeves. Just put the damn sleeve on the coffee.
