I was at western hospital. Tim Horton today. Órdered for blue Berry muffins, small coffee 2cr/3 sugar. I pickedup the coffee. Server said I should come on a diferent líne!!!. To warm in micro. Then she said cant warm butter. “” No knife “ I found the knife in the timm H bag, gave it to her. She said she could not use it. !!!?? Then I put it myself she warmed it. Now. I find I was NOT given Blueberry. also I was not given 2cr/3sug. No markings. ???. See the Photo ??

I went there the and give the order and waiting in line for 25 minutes. After that they took my order and I was waiting for my coffee I waited for 15 minutes when I ask them they said it is not ready yet we will give you a refund. They wasted my alot of time. Really very bad experience.
