The only downside is the storefront is small and can be congested at time, especially during busy hours. But mainly customers are mindfull and respect the narrow space.Other than that, visited this location quite often since it's close to my mom's place. Staffs are always great and friendly. Never had any issues what-so-ever during all my visits. Best of all, the location is close to its main, busy street on Queen West.

As far as TH goes, this is a convenient, surprisingly clean, takeaway place. The staff seem to be really friendly and offer a short but compellingly warmexperience not usually expected at a TH. I think maybe it has to do with not having dine-in or WiFi?Anyway, same average coffee; superior staff, and a convenient location.
