One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and impolite. Their behavior is completely unprofessional. This was actually my second bad experience here—especially with one of the staff members (I don’t know her name). She was very rude to me again, and after a short argument, I ended up throwing my drink in the garbage and walking out. Avoid this location at all costs.

I was in this week sometime. Im usually a passerby and get gas at this location. I had a bad morning and when I walked in I was met with meagan who took my order and even asked how I was. This is what seperates your locaiton from the others. She was superb and such a wonderful sight to have on your team. I hope that the other crewmembers are just as friendly as her. Wth meagan, you ought to be recongized for this!

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and I was so impressed by the outstanding service provided by Maegan. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive. Not only was she friendly and attentive, but she also handled my order with efficiency and a warm smile. It's clear that Maegan takes great pride in her work, and her customer service skills are top-notch. She made my visit enjoyable, and I'll definitely be returning because of her excellent service!!

I am the regular customer over there visiting twice a day but the lady names Megan the customer service so bad like she always screwed up my order and told me to give me refund and then the order like she doesn’t know how to be polite and good customer service I always order plain croissant with hash brown, lettuce, crispy onions and habanero sauce and request them to grill it if you are charging me for everything then please give it to the customer, I requested her to add the herb and garlic pastry to the bill she added the dressing in the cross isn’t I said I asked for the pastry she said no showed me a shit attitude and made the new one and literally didn’t even hand over to me just throwed it in front of me bro I am paying for everything I and not taking it free, like seriously this is what u called customer service and then u expect to have customers in your store, No I am sorry like all other staff members are so nice they know me that I am the regular person over there coming twice a day because it’s near to my work, she made the new order and didn’t even grilled it just made in a two seconds how this is possible. If this is the customer service every time I am not going to come over there again, I know that she gonna screwed up my order because she does this everytime, I waited for the another staff but unluckily she was busy, please teach your staff members to behave nicely with customers they are not your servants. No crispy onions, not even grill it if u r charging me then please be fair with the clients, I always think to talk to the manger about this but I was like it’s okie, but today I was literally disappointed. I literally order there in morning today around 8:20 it was super the staff so good and nice I came back around 3:20 from my work already frost and got frosted more by this employee.
