This tim Hortons is the slowest one i have ever been on. It took almost 20 minutes for 3 stepped tea to get ready. This happens all the time we order from here. The management should please check on this issue.

The staff of this location is very rude especially the guy working here , he was too rude and yelling at me while taking my order. They never put tissues in your bag if we ask so they make faces. Terrible customer service.

Rude staff most specially the guy with a medium hair length. I come to the store almost everyday so I always see and encounter his rudeness everytime. One time, while he was preparing a bagel for someone I respectfully asked for some napkins. But to my surprise he replied me with a very annoying tone of voice saying "just a moment you can see I am doing something". I was like 😡🤔 He can just tell me gently and properly. And today when he was serving me, he is loaded with rudeness for real. Annoying and unacceptable!!!!!!
