Asked for a cup of water told to get in the line we had to catch the train not going to be on the line for 5mins for an empty cup of water for 10cents it’s not like you need to make the drink or anything so bad - PREETI very disappointed no heart to even give a cup of water that’s a shame on you !!!!

The crew on duty the mornings of August 22-23 during Fan Expo were outstanding. Super fast service and a tasty breakfast both days. Hats off to them for their hard work.

I pass by this Tims everyday but never have the time to grab breakfast. Are you on Uber Eats? Is there a way to place pick up orders?
Had the scrambled eggs and bacon loaded box which I didn’t have high hopes for but was actually phenomenal surprisingly

Ordered an Oreo Iced Capp, a small one too. Waited 10 minutes only for the server to finally come and tell me if I wanted another drink because they didn't have it available. Got a refund (unless they somehow messed that up too.)
If you don't have something, take it off the menu and don't have the person waiting waste their time. Bad inventory management, very slow service, and not prepared for morning hours.

Worst customer service, they service not fresh food. Smell like smoke from cigarrate. Horrible servers mostly, no minimum customer service. Why you are working if you do not like customer service. They are taking down Tim Horton.
I ordered the Barbie pineapple quencher with sparkling water and when I got it, it didn’t taste like sparkling water so I brought it back to be made over. Bro laugh and just fill it up with more water. Tim hortons is literally run down. I didn’t bought water and he just fill it up with more water like I’m stupid.

The servers here are very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate that they are always timely with my order, despite how busy it gets during rushes. I always get the same drink every time and my order is always consistent and never cold.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service was excellent – my server Victoria was so friendly and had the warmest smile, which made my morning so much better. It's always nice to be greeted with such positive energy. My order was quick and accurate, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to. Thanks for the great service!

Rude service, half empty drinks, wrong orders, and a dirty atmosphere.
Both my drinks were half filled and they forgot the cream on one of them. They ignored me when I tried to get their attention. When I finally got it they took the drink and took a whip cream bag that was left at room temperature on the counter and just squeezed it messily into my drink.
SO RUDEEEEE AND UNHELPFUL!! Also very unsanitary to leave a dairy product out in room temp...

Today 30 July went in for coffee for my sister and my self we are seniors ask for seniors discount and they don't know any thing about that please it is opened to all young and old respect and give discounts like other locations....
I had a very disappointing and embarrassing experience at this location. On the night of Monday, July 28, I approached the counter and politely asked a staff member (in uniform) if they were still open as I saw some were getting drinks from the counter. Instead of a simple answer, she rudely snapped, “Do you see lights on?” — in front of another customer. It was an uncomfortable and embarrassing moment that could have been easily avoided with basic courtesy. A polite, “Sorry, we’re closed” would have been enough. Also, there was no visible ‘closed’ sign, which added to the confusion.
Additionally, on several occasions, I’ve noticed staff preparing wraps and sandwiches without wearing hairnets. This is a serious health and hygiene concern, especially for such a busy and central location like Union Station.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both staff professionalism and health standards, which are essential in food service — especially in such a busy location.
