So slow. Special Iced Capps take forever here.

I ordered a simple icecap and waited for 10 mins during morning hours, even after asking twice they kept relaying the information to one another. One employee was just standing watching others, others are just lazing around. They don’t operate with efficiency, the manager himself was making coffees since the others are plain useless.

My review pertains to the TH location on the second floor of Union Station. Went to get a coffee, staff were nice, but the countertop location where drinks are placed had liquid rings from all the coffee cups placed there through the day. There were also about 3 fruit flies buzzing around. A trashbin nearby was filled to the brim and made approaching the counter unpleasant

Perhaps consider taking a brief moment to wipe down surfaces clean and regularly empty the trash

Deserves 0 Star. I ordered a coffee with a cream a Milk and 3 sweetener. The coffee was so bad that it hardly had the flavor of coffee. I asked the Guy who was brewing coffee regarding this and he said that what else can I expect if I add 3 sweeteners. This is not my first time trying coffee in Tim's, previously I have tried coffes with 3 sweetener, Even with 2 cream, and this coffee which I ordered was just one cream and one milk. The response from the guy is so bad which made me to post this review.

I have attached the order details of my previous coffees from other Tim Hortons location in this review.
I had to garbage the coffee and bought the same coffee from the Nearby McDonald's which is good.

Maybe Tim Hortons needs to learn from the Nearby McDonald's.

I had just ordered a small cup of milk from the kiosk that was priced at $3.00. I waited in line for 15 minutes, and when I had the workers there for my order they said the order had not been placed despite having received a receipt of the order. When I had said I ordered a cup of milk, both females workers had laughed in my face instead of being helpful and trying to resolve the situation. They completely ignored us, leading us to miss our train. This is incredibly disrespectful. Have your goddam kiosk updated!

I had a terrible experience with the supervisor at this franchise. It wasn’t about the food, but the way the supervisor treated customers. When I politely requested to have my pastry warmed, she started shouting at me. Such rude and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable.

I will never visit this place again and will advise my friends to avoid it as well. This incident occurred on the evening of November 29th.

I ordered the medium steep tea from the fresh pot but the lady who told herself Supervisor refused to give from fresh pot and she refunded. I should give no stars but there was no option for no stars. They were very rude to me and refunded. I asked manager number to contact they were refused to give and showed bad attitudes towards me. I would like to bring this issue to the owner that this kind of attitudes reduse the customers. Please take action before loose the all customers.

I'm tired of how lackluster Tim's has gotten in recent years. It's 7pm on a Sunday November 10th evening and I ordered a large double double coffee with chocolate and roasted hazelnut syrup. I'm paying extra money on top of a regular coffee for that. Very simple order. And yet, sure enough, no flavored syrup in my coffee. This has happened all too often at this point where orders are just wrong. They're bleeding us dry of our money at this point. What am I paying for? If you're not going to add any flavored syrup then why am I paying extra for it? Just a disgraced franchise at this point.

I am very disappointed with there services. Every modification for my drink that I gave was not met. The staff is ignorant and has no etiquettes.
The staff does not understand english. I specifically told them to put full pumps in the drink but they only gave me 1 pump. When I asked them they started defending themselves and said they put the whole thing in even after I told her that this is very bitter. My brownie wasn’t warmed up when I asked them to. My iced cap didn’t had any whip which comes with the drink. I ordered 5 tim bits they gave me 4.

When I asked them to put more syrup in it the girl (she was a Mohammedan girl) started saying that has all the syrups in it. And instead of giving me all the syrups extra, she just gave me one. They are NOT doing a FAVOUR on us by giving us our order.
Highly disappointed, this place deserves to get shut down.

The worst Tim Hortons I have come across till now.
