We visited this restaurant specifically for Valentine's Day. Upon arrival, they initially offered us a spot on the first floor, which would have been acceptable on a regular day, but it was still quite cramped. Fortunately, the server was accommodating and moved us to a more comfortable table. Once seated, a friendly waiter provided us with a menu. My husband ordered the pizza pancetta, while I opted for the scallops. The pizza arrived with pork bites, pineapple, caramelized onions, and a cheese base, but unfortunately, it lacked a sauce to tie everything together. It was also quite oily. Given that we were ordering two scallops, the portion size felt inadequate. It was essentially a single scallop, and the sauce was good but cold. For our main course, we both requested medium-rare steak. However, I received medium, while my husband got medium-well, which he was disappointed about but didn't mind. The broccolini was cold, bitter, and flavourless, with the only hot items being the steak, mashed potatoes, and juice sauce. We finished our meal with chocolate cake, which was rich and left me feeling like I needed a glass of milk afterward. Overall, I don't believe the price justified the experience, as both our main and starter dishes were disappointing. I had hoped to return because their everyday menu looked appealing, but unfortunately, they didn't execute a three-course meal effectively in my opinion.
I dined at this restaurant prior to attending the Hilary Duff concert, and its location was exceptionally convenient for the evening’s plans. The proximity to the venue made it an easy and practical choice, particularly for those looking to enjoy a meal before an event. In terms of the food, the experience was mixed. The burrata was unfortunately disappointing and did not meet expectations in either flavour or execution. However, the Bronzino was outstanding, perfectly prepared, fresh, and well-seasoned. The pizza was also fairly good and offered a satisfying option for sharing. While the daytime atmosphere lacked energy and ambiance, I can see this being a much better setting in the evening when the environment likely feels more vibrant. The staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the visit. Overall, the service was excellent, though the menu would benefit from some refinement and greater consistency.

Signature cocktails were fantastic, they were so accommodating to adjust the ingredients slightly for my friend with dietary restrictions. Service was so friendly and prompt, all the food was wonderful!

This was our first time at this restaurant and it was very good. Fresh pasta and a great server.
Ordered delivery tonight, two calzones with prosciutto and a bolognese. The prosciutto tasted rancid, so I opened up the calzone and the prosciutto had brown spots in both calzones. It tasted rancid so we couldn’t eat the meal. Unfortunately can’t order from this place again, the meat was just too disgusting.

Food and drinks were great, filling, flavourful. Staff were super sweet & accommodating. Will be going again & definitely recommend this spot. :)
My friend and I visited this spot on a date night last month and loved it. Given we are both massive stans of Gio Rana's and frequest there for Italian on the east end, it says a lot that we would both definitely visit here again. The restaurant is large, with tables both on the main and second level. However, they manage to keep the vibe quaint and comfortable. It is also dark and has an upscale feeling while remaining comfortable and not pretentious. They have a great wine list of Italian wines, and an expansive dinner menu.
What we shared: Baby Gem Caesar, Wagyu Carpaccio, Arancini, and two different pastas.
Well priced and a highly recommended!

A mouth-watering wood-fired pizza that has my favourite kind of dough, which is crisp but also springy, along with an unforgetably aromatic and umami flavour that comes from a carefully long proofing process. Each topping is layers of umami and cheesiness that keep on piling on, of which the flavour tower tumbles down into your mouth. The creamy yet earthy truffle brings it all together for an indulgent, rounded bite. The ravioli is also a delight, stuffed with a generous filling of chewy, bouncy smoked mozzarella, doused in a tangy and fragrant fried garlic tomato sauce and a garnish of fresh herbs and savory cheese. The tiramisu and I were also a natural match, as I loved the higher lady finger to cream ratio, creating a balanced bite with a subtly chewy texture while retaining the creamy mouthfeel of the mascarpone and burst of espresso aromas.

Came on a Sunday for lunch with the family. Everything was served in a timely manner, everything we had was from good to amazing. Pizzas and calamari were a standout.

Great service alongside a delicious meal. The atmosphere was very peaceful a two thumbs up
Loved the food selections; menu was diverse but not overwhelming. Server was engaging and knowledgable (Rose). One of the best Caesar salads I've had. Also loved the burrata starter.
