Great little bakery with friendly people.
The banh mi is authentic, and reminiscent of my time in Vietnam. It makes me so happy that a place like this can operate making good food at a fair price.
I’m definitely becoming a regular! Thank you.

One of the best banh mi’s I’ve had in Toronto! Fresh bread, lots of flavour, great balance - the taro bun, pineapple bun and pandan honeycake were all delicious! Highly recommend.

Good, reasonably priced neighborhood "fast food" and bakery.

CASH ONLY! Amazing Bahn Mi made fresh daily at $5 flat, excellent buns starting at $0.90 and amazingly kind service from the staff who always are super helpful. Truly one of the hidden gems that makes the city great, and absolutely one of if not my favourite places in the city. A world with more spots like Tung Hing would be a better world.

A great local place to grab an affordable and tasty sandwich, Pearl and her staff are always courteous, usually remember you by name and with enough repeat visits, will know your favorite sandwich. Great, fresh ingredients, and prices that won't break the bank. A tasty and affordable way to get lunch and dine in a local park!

Been going here for years so I'm a bit biased. Is it the best Bahn Mi in the city? Well, to be honest, no, but the taste is good, the price is right, and the service is ace.

Family owned classic Chinese bakery, viet subs banh mi are great value and tastes amazing; as the Chinese phrase goes they’re 平靚正. The buns often sell out before the end of the day. Quick takeout, with the buns taking less than 5min for staff to assemble.

Good assortment of other bakery buns like sausage bun, egg tart, raisin bun, curry puffs, etc.

Service in Cantonese, Vietnamese, and English. Cash spot.

First time visiting this bakery! Ordered a veggie bahn mi, as well as red bean filled coconut balls and a coconut tart! Everything was delicious and prices were fantastic for the servings. Loved the family-owned atmosphere, and a perfect place to grab a quick bite if you're in the area or visiting the park. Definitely coming back here again! ?

This is a take out bakery with fresh sandwiches, cake and some dim sum favourites. I like the pastry with BBQ pork, fried pork balls. rice called etc. Cash accepted or e-transfer, no credit cards. I had a Saigon Sub for $5. With a few items at $12 it's a reasonable place to select a few dishes from.

Probably just some oxidized flour but the packaged items I bought recently had a soapy taste... otherwise a nice bakery. Impressive selection of food. Great pricing. They accepted Debit over $15. Kind staff.

Your nice lil ma and pop bakery. The Saigon special is flavourful and complimented by the moist baguette. Desserts are reasonable price and who wouldn’t want a viet ice coffee for 3.50??The worker was super nice and even asked me how I like my coffee. One of my favourite spots moving forward.

This place has been downsizing their offerings since after the pandemic shut down. They've managed to maintain the taste but the filling size have diminished and the prices have stayed the same if not higher. There's a larger competition around the corner with better and more variety offerings. How long can this place last if they don't improve?
