Louisiana hot sandwich was good and hot as expected. Food always comes extremely fast which is amazing, Our server was great. He was friendly, attentive and efficient - couldn't be any better. Only issue was noise level. very high today. Hard to talk even across the table. Now to be fair it was Leafs hockey night and the restaurant was busy but it was loud. Wanted to order a couple of Caesars but at $17 each we decided to pass.

Went to union chicken before a leaf game . We had a reservation. When we sat down the table was so squishy the waiter had to move the table of the people behind us. Our waitress seemed like she was in a huge hurry to get us in and out, even though the restaurant was not busy. She kept asking us if we were ready to order. We had been seated for around 5 mins by this time. When she came back we just ordered to get her off our backs . When the food arrived it was overcooked. Not a great experience overall. I've been a regular customer here since opening. The restaurant is not as good as it used to be.

Thank you Amanda. You clearly explained to us what to expect when it comes to placing orders Location is great. Right at downtown historical union station. It's very easy to get to if you know the staircase at York and front st Food is great. I would recommend OG fried chicken but with the sauce on the side Ice tea has some honey sweetener in it. Very tasty Service is great. I recommend to use OpenTable to make reservations. The service is great Thank you

My group and I came to union chicken before an event and had Rebecca as our server and she was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make sure our party was taken care of. Her accuracy, quick wit, and banter really won us over! I’d come to union chicken again just to have Rebecca’s as a server! Such a fun experience
