We always love coming here when we're around Scotiabank or Rogers Centre. Great location to just hop on the subway after, especially with a toddler in tow. The chicken has always been consistent and juicy. Maybe it was a one-time incident; The most recent visit, the chicken was a bit dry (whole chicken platter combo). But won't prevent us from saying, we highly recommend! We'd definitely still return.

Awesome food and drinks! Services was awesome our server was amazing! I forgot his name but he was tall, skinny, had a moustache and very interactive with all his guest. Sides where not what we expected, the fries were a bit plain and the southern Cole slaw had to much onions.

First time eating here. I had the fried chicken and waffles which was delicious. Great mix of sweet and spice and the chicken and waffle were both good. My wife had the chicken wings which were good as well. The service was fast and friendly. It was raining so nice it was inside Union Station out of the rain and we could just catch the train home.

This is a go to place for me. The food is great, the service is amazing and I still can't believe how fast the food gets to you at lunch hour. It is a perfect place if you are doing a work lunch and can't stay long or if you are wanting to hang out after work or before an event at ACC. Definitely recommend !

One of the worst meals I've ever eaten... I ate chicken barbeque sandwich, with potatoes... a huge looking chicken in a tiny sandwich bread.. (I say it looks huge, but the chicken is a little small, they made it look bigger by coating it with sauce with skin etc.. the sauce is terrible... I think they are the ones who made this, They put something in front of people, but they didn't care how they would eat it... because when I first held the bread, the hamburger-looking thing given to me fell apart, and I had to cut the rest and eat it. I thought I would at least focus on the potatoes I ate with it. I couldn't eat it because of the strong smell of the cooking oil. I think they change the oil once a month, there can't be another reason for this strong smell.
I give 5 points only to the bartender at the bar. If I describe him more clearly, he is a blond, mustachioed gentleman. I think he adds a lot to this place with his positive attitude and energy.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich was the first one I've had that's actually spicy, it was perfect.
This is right in the middle of a public transit station, so the atmosphere is wanting. The service was good. They were a little distracted but still kind. It didn’t seem jam packed, but I think they were trying to flip tables quickly - I get that. The food all seemed to have too much cinnamon, or some sweet spice which made it too sweet. I finished my wings but my wife didn’t eat her chicken and I didn’t touch my poutine (I had better at Wendy’s frankly).

My partner and I each ordered a chicken burger and both of them were the most greasy, fatty, and wet burgers we have ever eaten. I am a big fan of most fast food places and can handle my share of greasy food, but even I was gagging while trying to eat this. The service was fine, the servers were clearly very busy with a full house that night. The servers took the time to check on us and brought our food pretty quickly. It was incredibly loud in there and hard to have a conversation. Maybe we should have known this but we aren't from the area. I hope their other dishes are better than what we had, which was essentially deep fried lard
Edit to add that I should have trusted my stomach and thrown it up when I had the chance. My stomach was doing some crazy gymnastics on my flight home

The worst burger I've ever had at a non-fast food restaurant. Had the spicy "chicken" burger, (I forget the actual name of it). Thing is, I don't believe there actually was any chicken in the burger, it was just deep fried lard completely saturated with various sauces.
The bun fell apart in my hands immediately upon picking up the burger because it was completely waterlogged with grease and sauce.
Aside from the overwhelming taste of the hot sauce and grease the burger had no flavor at all.
Thought a chicken burger at a place with chicken in its name would be a safe bet. Apparently not.
Girlfriend had a different chicken burger but had the exact same experience. She couldn't even bring herself to finish hers. I somehow was able to force mine down for no reason other than the fact that it was $23 before tax for this nasty burger and some mediocre fries, and I couldn't bring myself to throw it out after paying so much.
