Food and drinks came out very quick, and the quality was exceptional. We went here for dinner on our way to the Leafs game and decided we'd celebrate my birthday as well they did not fail to make me feel very special and even brought us out a dessert. Given how busy it was in there (i think they were telling non reservations it's over an hour wait) I can't believe the speed of service! Our experience was amazing and we will definitely be coming again!! Also super convenient it's located right in the union station!!

Union Chicken at Union Station is a solid spot for a hearty, shareable meal. I ordered the Whole Chicken Platter with the Route 86 super spice–marinated, spit-fired rotisserie chicken, and it was juicy, flavorful, and well seasoned. The sides really rounded it out—triple-cooked fries were crispy, the southern coleslaw was fresh, the Brussels sprouts had a great crunch, and the cornbread was a nice touch. The platter is generous and easily feeds 2–3 people. A great option if you're looking for comforting, satisfying food in the station.

The OG Chicken Sandwich is a must order! The side of slaw is super tasty. Our stop before Leafs games for a pre-game meal! We were greeted with super quick service and welcomed to the restaurant. Hats off to the host who sat us down who was very friendly!

We thought we would give this place a try prior to the Raptors game. It was an egregious mistake. The noise level was through the galaxy and we couldn't hear each other speaker across the table. I will say in advance that our server was excellent so there was nothing on him. But the important part, the ambience, the food, well there is much to say and I can't get into it all here. What I will say is that we each had the spit rotisserie chicken which came in a cast Iron pan surrounding the chicken. It made it almost impossible to cut with a knife and fork. The portion was OK but at $29 for a half chicken, when you can get a beautiful whole barbecue chicken at Costco for $10 seems to be horrendously poor value. The chicken itself was overcooked and tough. The gravy was many steps below that of Swiss Chalet and was tasteless. Same with the coleslaw that accompanied it. If you are in the mood for chicken in my opinion, avoid this place like the plague and go to Swiss chalet, pick one up at Costco and eat it at home, or go to any number of the specialty places in the city where you will have a much more enjoyable meal for significantly less cost

I wish you guys would not use so much bread in the OG chicken now because the way it was before was perfect! It was juicy and delicious but now it has more bread than chicken 😢 🥘
