Went to Vela to celebrate a special occasion. Upon entry it was very loud. So loud that you couldnt hear the music being played. Even the wait staff struggled to hear us. Tables are spaced too close together. We ordered an old fashion, vodka martinis and a manhattan. Drinks took forever and were not well crafted.
