The food was good but not outstanding (for example the octopus was over cooked something I would not expect from a restaurant charging approx $100 per head). Service was slow and the restaurant only had about tables and 2 waitresses. I also made a note that it was my husband's birthday in the booking but they did not acknowledge it. All small things that add up when you are paying the kind money we did. The lamb shank however was excellent and the white chocolate flan. I think the disappointment stems from overall value for money

A delicious Summerlicious meal, from a wealth of options. Some Portuguese menu items new to both of us, so we experimented. Our server helped us choose from a list of Portuguese wines with which we were unfamiliar, and they turned out to be quite good `pairings'.
