We had a group breakfast for 6 on Friday at 7:30am. Since there were few people there, service was outstanding. Many choices. Food was great. Priced appropriately for this upscale hotel.

My mother and I were very much looking forward to the high tea as part of a quick trip to Toronto. The hotel itself is quite lovely, as for the tea, truly wonderful potential but poor execution. Tea Sandwich bread was air-stale, no real wows of deliciousness. Pastries and sweets were oversweet and imbalanced, cakes were dry. Service was surprisingly poor for the price and luxury promise of the hotel, no cold water refills, weird confusion in asking for another pot of tea, had to repeatedly flag down to get any service. No music or real ambiance in the room. Would have happily paid $40 per person for this experience, not worth $90-100 per person.

Really lovely brunch menu with so many yummy choices The service was great, the food was delicious especially the eggs benedict, and everything was beautifully presented. The restaurant is found inside the hotel lobby.

The ambience and service were good. I love the hotel. The only issue I had was that my food was pretty cold. The avocados on the bread were cold and not room temperature. I would return because I do love the hotel and would give it another try.

During our memorable stay at the Omni hotel a few months ago, the highlight was undoubtedly the delightful evening spent at the Vicotra Cafe. The combination of great company and a fantastic dinner made our experience truly special.Opting for the Salmon entree, we were treated to a culinary masterpiece that left our taste buds singing with delight until the very last bite. The dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the chef's skill in balancing flavors and textures. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident, making it a standout choice.Adding to the enjoyment of our evening was our server, who went beyond the call of duty to provide not just impeccable service but also entertainment. Their engaging and lively personality kept us laughing throughout the night, elevating the overall dining experience. In essence, our visit to the Vicotra Cafe at the Omni hotel was a symphony of culinary excellence, delightful ambiance, and exceptional service. It left an indelible mark on our stay, making it a cherished memory. We look forward to returning and relishing the impeccable hospitality that defines the Omni hotel experience.

Came here with a friend for Afternoon Tea. The food was very good but I have had better for a lower price. The server was overly attentive. When spending over $100 each on tea we do not want to rush and took our time to enjoy everything. He must have checked on us at least 10 times. We were talking and laughing so it was obvious we didn't need anything yet he kept coming over and I felt like he was trying to get us out. We were only there for an hour and a half so we weren't lingering unnecessarily. We still left a $50 tip so I don't know why the servers feel the need to rush people out.

My truffle mushroom eggs Benedict was served on a warm plate by a very personable server. I could taste the truffle! The roasted potatoes with herbs were also a lovely treat! My friend ordered the hollandaise eggs Benedict and enjoyed her breakfast Equally. We would definitely return and recommend the Victoria Café for breakfast.

Second year in a row having Sunday Christmas brunch here. The food was good, same menu as the year before, but held in a better room this year (Victoria Cafe), which is a grander experience. Special thanks to the pastry chef, Elaine, who whipped up a gluten free dessert plate upon learning that one of us is gluten intolerant. One recommendation for the food team: include allergen callouts on the dish signage (or have this info available for guests on the side)Dietary restrictions: Special thanks to the pastry chef, Elaine, who whipped up a gluten free dessert plate upon learning that one of us is gluten intolerant.

It is a very special outing to celebrate the holidays. There is a nice selection of sweets and savouries. The staff is friendly and attentive and the ambiance is beautifully festive. I will be back!

What a special tea and even nicer being around Christmas with the beautiful decorations and the "Nutcracker Tea". Service was excellent & food amazing. We enjoyed ourselves so much...it will become an annual tradition for the holidays.

This was my 4th time havibg high tea here over the course of a few years. I was disappointed with the quality of food this visit. Sandwhiiches tasted as though they were made a few days prior & refridgerated. Desserts were ok but did not have the freshness I've experienced before. Service was very good. Being the holidays it would have been nice to have quiet festive music in the background.

The tea was good. That's the nicest thing I can say. The sandwiches were stale and bland. The scones were under baked so doughy in the middle. The service was awful. We didn't get water or anyone's attention while tables seated after us were served. Refilling the tea water took 4 tries. Staff kept saying they would do it but did not. Same when we asked for the check. The room is uninteresting with little atmosphere. There are three tables in the lobby. Those might be a better choice. For $80 per person, I would try somewhere else.

This cafe was located inside the Omni King Edwards, a great venue with history. Food was fresh and good. You can choose one choice for tea per person. You can choose vegetarian or meat sandwiches. The meat were delicious, beef, salmon, egg and the most delicious fruit sandwich I've ever had. The scones were my favorite. Service was above and beyond. There was a bit of delay in being seated, but not too bad. Getting to the location can be a challenge right now due to construction downtown.

I did not eat here, but many people were. Nice spot and many sport celebrities hang out here!
