They are racists, after or rather after finishing eating I wanted to go wash my hands they denied me bathroom service. The 2 bathrooms were locked, I waited more than 30 minutes and asked again for the key to the toilet, they never wanted to give it to me nor did they want to open them.

Love this location friendly good staff they been very good with they're customer service. Walked into this location for Halloween best atmosphere and best vibe I had all night this was and amazing amazing place to be that night was safe and crowded. Will go here again for date night when I have the chance. Ordered like 5 burgers was very cheap the Wendy's 5 bucks and that combo for the SpongeBob colab burger with burger fries and dessert. can't wait for the next special colab Wendy's going to do. But this location is a must go to it's like one of the locations downtown with its own store front don't get me wrong I like the trailer Wendy's best to none on a quick walk but the vibe is different from in doors to waiting for a food truck. So bring your friends and family to this location for some awesome burgers. Ngl the food tasted very fresh to order and the service quality here was top notch was very fast and cooked and warmed. Ussally I hate when food comes cold then it'll hurt my stomach but this location did a fantastic job on preparing the mean and it was on another level again thank you Wendy's.

I waited 20 minutes for a takeout order tonight. I’d ordered a chocolate Frosty but they gave me a vanilla. I let them know the order was wrong and the young man serving me laughed and said they didn’t have chocolate.
Terrible way to treat customers. They could have let me know sometime during my 20 minute wait that they didn’t have what I ordered.

Never let people use the bathroom, I have been here twice they just tell people the door got locked and they don’t have a key. Terrible customer service.
I don't go here often unless I have errands to do downtown but this place I find creepy, weirdos walking and sit or stand next to you just staring must be careful when you go here. Place is a bit small not much sitting area. Food is good over all never any issues and the times I have gone service has been good..

Omg worst location ever, was there yesterday: No A/C inside, so it was impossible to stay in, go out on the patio, opened my bag to eat because NO TRAYS, you eat out of a bag,, realized no condiments i clearly ordered, now you cant get back in the way you came out, now go around back on the street to get in and get my condiments, fries were luke warm bun was soggy, finished my meal, went to the bathroom- this bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in years. Walls full of grime The paper dispenser was so low i almost hurt my arm to get toilet paper, no paper towel, what a mistake going to this location The location on Dundas near Kipling is the best!!
