Wendy's is a lifesaver for young people, backpackers, travelers, and anyone wishing to quickly fix hunger without breaking the bank. Generally, I feel full even with a simple value burger, unlike McDonald's, where you're still hungry and the burger looks really small compared to the advertised picture. The bathroom is cleaner than the Bathurst McDonald's. I only have two positive criticisms: the location of the Wendy's is not optimum for visibility, too close to Popeyes, and the Wendy's logo should shine much higher to be seen among all the limelight of the area. The best location would have been directly at Bathurst and Dundas, where two bus lines and numerous cars cross, and they can easily distinguish the Wendy's logo because nothing else shines in that area. This is perfect for travelers and people from nearby shelters trying to kill hunger late at night.

I recently visited Wendy’s and had a great experience. The food was fresh, especially the burgers and fries — they tasted better than most fast-food places. The staff were friendly and quick with the service, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. I also liked that they offer good value deals and free refills.

Consistently mess up my order, workers just aren't looking at modifications. When it's uber I can personally deal with it as uber can give a full refund. I could not imagine dealing with this location if I had allergies. They don't even provide receipts for non mobile orders so calling is futile. Drink fountain is the main reason I come here but dining room closing so early on a walk-in only location makes that less of an upside depending on time of day. I notice tables are almost always dirty even if I don't use them, I never see workers cleaning even when orders are slow.

Google says they’re open until 1am I went just before 11pm. The door said the dining room closes at 11. So they closed early, and any orders after that must be made through the mobile app which doesn’t accept coupons.
The staff does not have manners to talk. Every time they take out something or the other.

Love the food, decent service with the staff being friendly and able to ask my questions. Able to customise the order as my daughter didn't like some of the things in her burger. Massive choice of drinks. No real atmosphere to speak of but we were only going to grab a burger and drink on the fly so not expecting it either, not a negative.
