The Vietnamese coffee flavour was quite enjoyed, though the Thai iced tea flavour did not live up to expectations for one reviewer who had extensive experience with Thai cuisine.

However, the ice cream was previously praised for being excellent and not too sweet, with the banana flavour being a favourite. Customers can still find Wong's ice cream available at the nearby Onyx Chocolates location, which is convenient for those familiar with the former Chinatown store.
