Excellent rooftop bar at the Park Hyatt hotel with a breathtaking view of the Toronto skyline.

The bar was on the 17th floor of the Park Hyatt. We had the holiday special - high tea for $95 per person. The price included two teas each which was nice. The plates were well done and delicious. The view of the city was spectacular!

Very nice exclusive place pretty chill the view is nice we went in the winter the patio is open to step out for a bit take some photos and then come back to ur table inside, drinks were good and the food is mostly like finger food to accompany the drinks. Great for special occasions really makes you feel fancy

Walked in for 2 around 11 pm on a Saturday and was seated at the bar. Drinks were amazing and staff were very personable and helpful. Bartenders are more than happy to customize drinks to your liking as well. At around $30 per cocktail was pricey, but with good drinks, service, ambience, as well as a classic Toronto skyline view makes it well worth it

Excellent food. No wine list (<10 choices total) and 4 cocktail options. Lot of whiskey choices. Great vibe. Spectacular view. Awkward service.

It's not special. This place is fun or unique, it's very financial district but off bloor street.

Husband and I Were here for my birthday for the first tme.Atmosphere is exceptional. Food was also great drinks on point . Pricey but great.
Problem is with service not aligned with prices and atmosphere. Felt like I eas at a pub in a remote town.
Firstly when reservations were made and when arrived were asked if celebrating something yet no initiative was taken to provide anything. If they don't provide anything special for a specific event why ask?
Second ..Service was inconsistent and just awful. We were there at 4:30 stayed til 9...had 3 drinks each 2 food items. First waitress was good at explaining drinks provided consistent service. 6 pm she advised us she was finishing her shift. Which is fine...then second employee came and what a difference it felt like we were disturbing him..did not feel comfortable asking him anything..additionally he brought a drink spilled all over the table no sorry and didn't wipe...ridiculous considering the elegant atmosphere and price point.
Finally he disappeared for 30 min at 830 until a third person showed up to bring the bill.
Overall will i return ..? Yes but id hope the service would be improved and consistent with the high end pricing and atmosphere.

Yesterday me and my friends visited this place. As I’ve been here before I liked it a lot and invited my friends to attend it. We had reservation and got the table right after we arrived. But the experience was NOT usual: we’ve been waiting for a waiter to approach us for 30 minutes to take an order. He approached us only when we asked stuff manager/front desk to call someone.

Also, when we just get to the bar we were notified that the reservations tonight are tight so we gonna have 2 hours of our reservation. We agreed, and then all the issue with the waiting happened. At the end of the night, we didn’t notice the time and the waiter or either the team didn’t come to make a follow up mention about the availability of the table. Of sudden, the waiter just came to us put the payment device in the middle of the table and say “the other reservation arrive, you have to leave” not nicely or either with a good vibe just directed and cutting off the conversation we were having.

It was very uncomfortable and for a high restaurant/bar someone would expect more from their service. Better consider this to avoid loosing the clients. After this situation I’m not coming back or either recommend this place to anybody.”

A good spot with a great view of downtown Toronto. The serving sizes for the shareable plates seemed very small for the cost, and there was an automatic service charge on the bill that we didn't notice until after we paid and gave another tip. This wasn't obvious on the menu or bill when delivered. This took the shine off an otherwise pleasant venue.

Came for drinks on a Thursday evening. We had reservations. Great views of downtown and the CN Tower. Service was great and the popcorn was a pleasant surprise. Staff was able to answer questions and make recommendations about the drinks. Great place to spend an evening or just have a drink.
