I was different times at this Gelato , Gregory is an expert in customer service, very difficult to decide to choose as everything is delicious, 1st class customer service, clean, very friendly with customers and charismatic guy.

I recently visited XO Gelato and was thoroughly impressed by the delicious offerings and warm ambiance. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sight of an array of tantalizing ice cream flavors.The ice cream at this cafe surpassed my expectations in both taste and texture. Each scoop was bursting with flavor, and the creamy consistency was simply divine. With a variety of classic and unique flavors to choose from, there's something to satisfy every craving.In addition to the exceptional ice cream, I also had the pleasure of trying their coffee, and I must say, it was outstanding. The rich, robust flavor and smooth finish made it the perfect accompaniment to my sweet treat.

GROSS UNHYGIENIC!!!! 7:50pm tonight roughly (March 14, 2024) guy with straight bangs working sitting on chair behind ice-cream counter was PICKING HIS NOSE ? with his finger and not even with a tissue. I’m sure the security camera picked it up (no pun intended).

Gelato was decent, I would go back but if not for the terrible service. We ordered some ice cream and I asked to try the chilli chocolate as I wasn’t sure if it was actually going to be spicy. Eyes were rolled and “we don’t do tasters” then turned her back on me and went about her business, honestly service like that grates me the wrong way!Give a sample “just so you know we don’t do samples but you just bought two ice creams so here’s one sample but just so you know it’s a one off no more” you’d have gotten a customer for life! Or even decline someone in a nicer way and describe the flavour to them don’t just dismiss someone and turn your back. Disgusting behaviour.
