The double shot iced espresso was insanely delicious. I couldn’t fathom how strong the espresso was- it was lowkey better than the one I brew at home with my phillips machine.
The interior and exterior is super joyful and inviting. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I love everything about this place and it’s definitely giving a taste of southern italy.

Terrible, awful experience at this cafe. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered one drink and the employee charged for a different one. $10 for a tea??? When told the “manager”, he did not even apologize, was extremely rude and very unprofessional. This person should not even be working there if he doesn’t even know what customer service is.

The Americano was delish, although the grilled cheese sandwich was literally cold, not sure if the staff was not trained sufficiently or if there oven was broken ( very disappointing )

Large gelato only 2 flavors? Not 3? Unacceptable. Other Zaza locations it’s 3 flavors + horrendous slow service on our visit. Won’t be returning.

Good gelato flavours. And dairy free options too. Have almost tasted all of them! Pistachio is a favourite as well as chocolate and hazelnut. The vanilla doesn't taste like vanilla, which is a bit weird. Coffee is good, but depends who makes it. Nice patio and seating.
