Ordered some bakery items from here but we had coffee on our hand from outside. The guy told us we can’t sit here and eat. Do we want to pack it for to go?

Never experienced such disgusting attitude before, felt really bad. It’s not like we are coming here to eat outside food without any purchase.

They need to get ahold of this kind of customer service. I’d boycott them for sure.

This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable. Boycott this place.

Zaza on Willard is my neighbourhood coffee shop and I love it there. I go there almost every morning for my espresso and often a pastry and everything is so fresh. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and I find their coffee excellent. All of the staff is super friendly and Greg in particular takes great care of us. It’s always fun to see him and exchange a joke or two while he’s making drinks.

I challenge anyone to find a better Mocha in Toronto than at this place. Their gelatos are soo good. Pistachio is one of the best in gelatos.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the staff’s complete lack of customer service. She was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me. She showed no courtesy, no patience, and absolutely no regard for serious concerns like nut allergies. When I asked questions to ensure the food was safe, she acted irritated, said idk, and rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. Oh and the espresso sucked lol. If you’re gonna have a huge expensive machine learn how to use it or get better beans🥴

As someone with a life-threatening allergy, I expect at least basic professionalism… not attitude. Forget even being greeted or offered suggestions. Allergies aren’t a preference or an inconvenience. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but dangerous.

If u have dietary restrictions dont bother coming here, wayyyy better options out there. Do better boo

We chose to eat ice cream by looking at the ratings in Google comments. However, the ice cream cones were not fresh and we could not taste the ice cream. I paid $15 for two ice cream cones.

Best espresso in the city! Pairs nicely with a canoli!

The double shot iced espresso was insanely delicious. I couldn’t fathom how strong the espresso was- it was lowkey better than the one I brew at home with my phillips machine.

The interior and exterior is super joyful and inviting. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I love everything about this place and it’s definitely giving a taste of southern italy.
