This place was my favourite Arabic go-to restaurant in Midtown Toronto, but unfortunately not anymore! The food is still good, however the service is painfully poor. The lady is not professional at all, she was arguing with us what we’re gonna order and based on that if she can give us a table. She asked every single of us if we order something!!!!! And once we got a table, she said there is a time limit for it! I understand that time-restricted tables are very common in busy/famous restaurants but her approach was very unprofessional and rude! Hope she learns that customer service is a must for any business!

I got invited to his wonderful place. A delicious taste of Siria in Toronto. And let me tell you Toronto, you've come a long way. Zezafoun is a definite come back. We ordered a shared dish that was super sufficient to satisfy our brunch hunger.

My gf and I came here for a date and we were amazed by the experience. The waitress was very understanding of our lack of knowledge on the culture’s cuisine and gave us a rundown of what to try out. All of her suggestions were topnotch and the food we got was immaculate. We got to try out so many different flavours and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to go out of their comfort zone with the foods they usually have. Ask the servers for suggestions and they will make sure that you have an amazing time just like us!
