I visited Zitto Zitto on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was very busy. The food was delicious — exactly what I expected and definitely worth coming for. However, the service was quite slow. Our original server disappeared for a long time, and the manager eventually had to send another server to take our order because we had been waiting even for our drinks. We were seated in the larger room at the back, which was extremely noisy. I could barely hear the people sitting across from me. The space might feel more comfortable if they spaced the tables out a bit more. Overall, great food but the service and noise level could use improvement.

We came here with a small group on a Saturday night with a reservation. The restaurant was busy but not full. It took more than 2 hours and 20 minutes to get our mains. We ordered appetizers at the same time as our mains, and those appetizers were long finished before the mains came.
Our waiter was nice and funny the few times he interacted with us, but he mostly ignored our table while constantly checking on other tables. We chuckled to ourselves that he checked on the table next to us seven (SEVEN!!!) times while ignoring us.
Tables around us that got here after we were seated were on their mains and desserts while we sat with an empty table with finished drinks. No water top off either. There was a woman with short light hair and glasses, who appeared to be the manager, who went around and checked on all the tables except us.
The worst part of the experience was how rude and unprofessional the manager was when we raised our concerns. She came to ask us how things were going, as soon as we began to respond, she rudely interrupted us in an aggressive tone and told us to “LET ME EXPLAIN”. She was obvious not interested in hearing us out despite asking the question.
She then goes on to throw the kitchen under the bus, explaining that the waiter was good but the kitchen seems to have forgotten our order despite the waiter following up several times - which doesn’t make sense, a good waiter should’ve escalated by the second time he had to follow up - but still, we could’ve let it go as mistakes do happen and most of us have worked in a service industry before. But the way the manager continued to respond in a combative and dismissive way left a really bad taste in our mouths, and I see a similar pattern of unprofessional and dismissive responses in the other google reviews as well.
As an added bonus, the person who took our payment said in a sarcastic tone “BYE, HAVE A NICE LIFE” after we paid, and the kitchen staff were also starring at us when we left - we didn’t raise our voices or make a scene - so assumed that the manager must’ve told them we were difficult.
The steaks and some pasta dishes were had were good (but nothing we’d return for). The appetizers and the other mains were not.
For $200+ per couple, you can get better food elsewhere here and sans the attitude and fear that they may have spit in your food.

The food took an unusually long time to arrive, and throughout or visit we received noticeably less attention from the staff compared to other tables. When we politely raised our concerns, the manager's response felt defensive and condescending rather than understanding. We also overheard staff making snarky comments afterward, which was highly unprofessional.
Additionally, after reading the restaurant's response to other negative reviews, there appears to be a consistent pattern of defensive, passive-aggressive replies to customer feedback.
Experiences like this raise concerns about the overall professionalism of the establishment, and if this is how feedback is handled, it does make one question the level of care taken behind the scenes-including with the food itself. Meals were overpriced and of average quality.
Overall, the lack of attentive service and poor handling of concerns overshadow what should have been an enjoyable meal.

Right from the start our experience was excellent. The staff that greeted us were very welcoming. The food was amazing! We did not feel rushed. The staff that served us were amazing! The ambience was upscale- this place is a gem! I would easily recommend this place to anyone!

One of the best things about this restaurant was the staff. Great service, laughing and joking around and overall seemed really happy to be there. It kinda felt like you're at a friend's house who's hosting a dinner with you. The food, was incredible. My Mrs and I shared the Polpo E Patate (grilled octopus) it was delicious. I myself got the Pappardelle Ai Funghi (wild mushrooms, walnuts and truffle oil) it was amazing, my Mrs got the Linguine Bronte (Pistachio Pesto, tiger shrimp) that was by far the best pasta I've had in a while
