The food was excellent. The octopus was grilled nicely although the portion was small. For$25, one leg was not reasonable. That's my only complaint. The pasta was cooked well with a delicate rose sauce and the risotto was excellent - fluffy and creamy. Service was attentive.

June 2024 Our first time eating here, but our friends had been here before. The food was delicious, and our server was attentive. We sat outside on their lovely patio, and we enjoyed everything about our lunch dining experience. We were here in June during the Taste of Italy festival and there was a buzz in the air because of the this. It was really fun!

Zitto Zitto on College was a great experience! The stylish owner kindly greeted me at the door and she asked someone to walk me to my seat! She was attentive throughout the night! My server Ian was great at his job! It is very refreshing to see that there are still well trained and professional staff at a Toronto restaurant, a city that has been regressing in service! Ian was polite, attentive and professional! The food was great and all 5 of us where happy with our choices! Specially the pasta Papardelle aui Funghi was fantastic! Compliments to Chef Alessandro Militello. He came to the table and greeted us which I feel like it was a nice touch! I strongly recommend this place and I will be back for many more great nights!

We had a great experience. Marty tecommended a wonderful Primitivo - Poggio Pasano. We enjoyed the grilled sardines, Risotto and linguini con Astice. So much fun with Marty! Thank you. We highly recommend this small gem of a restaurant in Little Italy ...... no “Two buck Chuck”. served there!!

Walked down the street looking for something and found this place! It was an absolute gem! Marty and Katyia (sorry if I spelled this wrong) were an outstanding team! We had a couple cocktails, the Paper Plane and the specialty Old Fashioned— both were of top quality. Grilled artichokes and venison carpaccio for appetizers. The venison carpaccio was out of this world! The best we’ve ever had. Dinner included a lobster and shrimp pasta dish that was rich and elegant, and a pasta with a spicy red sauce and crispy guanciali (simple, but so satisfying). Dessert was a pistachio tiramisu that will make you cry. 10/10. Go here and enjoy!

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious energy that made us feel right at home. Catya was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. She offered great recommendations from the menu, clearly knowledgeable about the dishes. Her enthusiasm for the restaurant and its offerings was evident, and it added to our overall experience. Beyond her professionalism, catya’s personality really shone through. She was personable and engaging, making our meal feel like a special occasion. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about their guests, and carts exemplified that perfectly. If you’re visiting Zitto Zitto, be sure to ask for catya—you won’t be disappointed!

Super attentive, had great wine and food recommendations, and overall just made our evening so special. We are already planning to go back, but will of course call ahead to ensure Marty is working. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

The service is personal, the atmosphere on a patio just off College Street is superb— great people watching without cars roaring by. Large menu, great wine list wine— and we happened on a night where bottles were half-price! Hot tip: the costada steak is the best in the city.
