I took my grandmother from out of town here for a rare night out, that we were very much looking forward to. While the burratina and ragu was tasty, I was served raw, old seafood in a risotto that shouldn't have left the kitchen. We also were largely ignored by our servers throughout the meal, and had to finally wave someone down to talk about the issue. Even then the service was incredibly rushed. Long story short, we were not made to feel welcome in this restaurant and won't be back.

Had early reservation so we were able to enjoy our waiter Martys humor and attentiveness. Food and service was excellent from appetizers to main course to of course dessert. Was worth the drive from Hamilton to have an excellent night out. Starting with dinner here.
The food was really good.The octopus and the polenta were superb. The dessert and espresso were really good too.Cocktails were mid.A bit expensive but good in general.

The service was a range from bad to weird. Our server had no idea what was going on- one other staff member was trying to help. Owner was walking around but made no attempt to help. Food was just ok.

Loved this place so much, I’ve come back twice in one week. Anita and Alan were very warm and welcoming, super passionate about what they do. Our server Marty absolutely took the experience to another level. He was fantastic, hilarious and had contagious energy. Not to mention, he made excellent recommendations. The food is as exceptional as the presentation. Hope the tuna will be part of the permanent menu. The seafood was fresh, the pasta with pistachio was so unique and delicious. Didn’t get a photo of the pistachio tiramisu but don’t skip it. This place is a new favourite! Thanks for the great food and hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at Zitto Zitto. The food was delicious, service was amazing (our waiter was full of energy, helpful with choosing wines, and definitely contributed to the experience), and the atmosphere was very cool. We had 6 people in our party and had a great time.

Took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us at the entrance. They sat us next to the door..it was absolutely freezing. The waitress didnt come by for 20 minutes. Polenta was good but super small..could've used some bread for the sauce. My shrimp pasta was so salty I couldnt eat it. Like the shaker fell in it. Took 45 minutes for her to bring the bill..had to get up to flag someone. Clearly they were understaffed as she seemed to be running all over the place. This place looked more like a bar for the locals.
Food was amazing. Had Marty as our host and he was amazing. Ambience in the cantina was romantic and the noise was a little and service a little slow but overall 9.5/10 definitely recommend

I celebrated my Birthday yesterday at this wonderful establishment. The ambiance was romantic and the staff were all incredible. Super friendly and provided excellent service. They were accommodating when we asked to be moved from the main room to the back (I was cold). Without hesitation, the lovely Anita made it happen.Our server had great energy and was knowledgeable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back for the STEAK!
