Wonderful, cozy spot! The brewery has a homey, local feel and makes great classic styles of beer, such as cream ales and APAs.

Best chicken tenders and fries!! I don’t order anything else! The tenders are actually tender and juicy

Found this place by accident while cottaging and it became a regular stop every time I'm in Muskoka. Not gonna lie, I have even driven up here from the GTA just to stalk up and enjoy this place!

We went there on my birthday as we were driving from Toronto to Muskoka and were looking for a nice place to eat and drink. We found this place on Google map, it had a nice ambience. I tried their American IPA— one of the best IPAs I have tried. We relished their MacNcheese and nachos. The server was nice as well.

Like literally love this spot! Great staff! Octoberfest is the best time to go, and their wings are the best! Grab something from the merch area, and if it's nice sit outside!

We were given coupons at the BeerSpa for a free appie, so thought we’d cash in Sunday for dinner.Waitress’s attitude seem to quickly change when we changed our minds from sitting outside to back inside, and maybe she thought we were just planning on having a beer and the coupon and didn’t see it as a large tip?Enjoyed two drinks, and the appie platter that came with. Decided to order a smash burger and more deep fried pickles as they were amazing.I would gladly leave a five star if we didn’t have this underlying feeling that we were a burden to the poor waitress. They were about to have a large group come in so we tried to be quick and respectful to be out before they arrived - but getting a second round and the bill seemed to be a monumental taskI’m going to chalk it up to it was busy, and a high top table of 2 with a coupon probably wasn’t the focus. We’ll be back to try again

Have spent many afternoons at this excellent biergarten. Great spot to have a pint while little ones run around and play games or use the large play structure.

We waited for an hour only to find out our order hadn't been sent to the kitchen, AND something we had ordered and paid for wasn't available anymore. They did refund us and bring the food out quickly after but, despite now being VERY hungry and expecting the food to taste better because of it, the food was dry, bland and uninspiring. Chicken was dry, fries bland and unsalted and tasted like the fryer oil should be changed. Do not recommend, unless you're buying only beers and sitting in their beer garden which is very nice.

Good beer, okay food, GREAT vibe and playground for a fun family outing.

We went here for the first time for lunch. It was different, to say the least, but we were pleasantly surprised. The ambience is what is different, as you share a place that has large vats for brewing beer. The place was busy, and noisy as a result. You can eat inside in a small area, or outside in a large area at picnic tables. The food was good, and we were served reasonably promptly - the wait was 20 minutes. The waitress was charming but worked off her feet. They need more staff. The washrooms are clean. Parking is free and ample. Get there early for lunch, and presumably for dinner too, as the place becomes crowded. The menu is extensive, many choices. They serve breakfast too but we have not tried that yet.

We have visited here before and enjoyed our time, which made our visit this time surprisingly unfortunate. Overall a very negative experience, and each issue was the result of staff. The location is great and the products are excellent, however the staff working dropped the ball at every point. It is odd that you do have to go up to order your drinks and food, however we did. I started a tab and took our beers to our table. My friend went up to get the 2nd round. Upon reaching the window, the staff had their backs to the window and were chatting amongst themselves. My friend had to excuse himself to get their attention. He ordered two more beers and two orders of wings. He asked to add them to the tab and they insisted we did not have a tab. A strange argument as he was trying to insist we had two beers already unpaid for. I went up to get the next round and asked where the wings were, they responded, "oh you didnt get them yet??". After 1 hour and 7 minutes, the wings came out just as we were gathering our things to leave. The server simply said "sorry for the wait" and walked away. Wings were undercooked. Washroom was out of paper towel and the floor covered in used toilet paper and paper towel. When we went to pay the bill, all 4 staff behind the bar were huddled at the side eating French fries. After waiting while they were eating, I said, "excuse me?". One server turned around and said, "oh! Do you want your bill or another round?". I asked for the bill. She kept insisting my tab was under a gentleman named Brian, a name of someone not in our group. I kept insisting I didn't know a Brian, she then found our bill, I paid it and we left. As we have always had good experiences here, I do want to return. However all issues experienced during this particular visit were unfortunately the result of poor staff. For reference, we were there on Wed Aug 23rd at 2pm.

Gord and I had three meals this week at Clear Lake Brewing Co. in Torrance, ON (in Muskoka). We were staying across the street at the Muskoka BeerSpa, which owns the restaurant/brewery. They brew their beer onsite and you can buy beer and souvenirs to take home. Monday - lunch I liked their honey cream ale. Gord had a Caesar wrap and fries. I had the burger and fries special (for $15). Both were good. Abby was our server and she friendly and chatty and took good care of us. Tuesday - supper That night the special was $18 for a pint and a pound of chicken wings so that's what Gord and I had. His were battered and mine were battered and then tossed in medium sauce. Yum! Leah was our friendly and chatty server. Wednesday - supper When we went for supper, it was jammed inside so we ate outside in the "beer garden". I had the steak and frites special ($25). I'd ask for medium and the steak was well-done but happily still tender. The fries were overdone. Gord had a club sandwich and said it was good. His fries were overdone too. Cam Galloway entertained in the "beer garden" and was really good.
