“The Waubic is my all time favorite destination on the Severn waterway. The family run restaurant inspires memories of my childhood at the cottages we used to visit. The food is amazing, the atmosphere friendly and fun, the dogs adorable, and most of all Karen and her family bring such a warmth and kindness that it feels like family every time I go there. Sitting on my boat and watching all the boaters come in from morning to night and sometimes waiting for a long period of time shows that this place is worth the visit! Their fish and chips are one of the things that bring many people back, and all the freshly baked goodies are a great way to end your meal. It is also amazing to sit on the patio in the summer, enjoying great food, hearing the boats go by and listening to Steve Ryan play!! This is my favorite place for a reason!!”

“We stopped in to Pie on March Break for a late lunch for two adults and two kids. It was our first time there and the server was so nice and super helpful. We ordered chips, the meatball slider appetizers and two pizzas and the food was so good - really tasty and creative ingredient combos. We also found it very reasonably priced for Muskoka dining. Will definitely be going back again!”

“This pot pie my hubby brought home for us didn't last long enough for me to take a picture!!!! Stephen Bradley drives by this place all the time during work, and he finally stopped in tonight. I gotta say, for a frozen pot pie, it tasted amazingly fresh! High quality ingredients for sure! As a long lived pot pie lover, this one definitely tops the charts!! My 9 month old daughter couldnt get enough! Absolutely must try!”

“I was up here for a birthday weekend with my family. I tried this pizza out of a whim. My wife and I were both curious, and I had very low expectations. We ordered 2 pizzas; four cheese and meat lovers. Boy, were we in for an absolute surprise at how it turned out. Each pizza took about 3 minutes to make, and it came out piping hot! Toppings were top-notch, and the crust was amazing! If you're craving pizza at any time of the day, I strongly suggest you try out PF!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful time on TouchStone Resort! Very scenic views especially on the lake (we stayed at the boat house facing a romantic view of the lake)They have hot tubs, Spa, dinning and a sports bar. Lovely place to relax and intimate time away from the city life.”

“Stopped in on our way to drop our teen off at Muskoka Woods. We usually go to Turtle Jack's but since we had our pup with us we were happy The Coop allowed dogs on their patio.We ordered the Blackened Chicken sandwich and fries, with Wicked Fingers. AMAZING. Sandwich was so good. Our son loved the fingers with XXX sauce. Fries were meh, wishing we had gotten the waffle fries instead. We can't wait to stop in again.”

“I walked into this location at 815pm on Sunday night. I had been told they close at 9pm. I started placing my order and casually asked "is it true you close at 9?" The manager looked up, smiled and informed me that actually on weekends he closes at 8. I felt so bad as I was keeping him and his employee. He was super polite and said he didn't mind at all and that he was happy to help. Since I was at the Andy's House hospice with family I was so happy he stayed to accommodate my order. I was trying to rush with my orders and gave a few incorrect requests and they fixed it with no problems. Very very accommodating and friendly. Two more women came in even later than myself and they were equally as accommodating. Highly recommend this location”

“We spent 2 days at the resort. We were 3 families of the George clan. This was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and we wanted to spend it with our children and our grandchildren. We booked our reservations on Feb. 1/23 with Mike who is very personable. We booked one 2 bedroom unit and two one bedroom units which ended up being in the Boathouse East next to the main lodge. The two bedroom unit was equipped with a full kitchen and spacious lounging area that made it possible for us all to be together. The bedrooms had their individual full bathrooms. Best of all we had a washer and dryer. This came in very handy with the wet bathing clothes. The units were very clean and tidy and well stocked for kitchen use. The maid does a great job caring for the accommodations. The infinity pool and hot tub were a real hit. The beach toys--kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats provided lots of laughs and entertainment even when the sun did not shine. Our 50th anniversary meal was prepared to perfection. Beef tenderloin was melt in your mouth delightful. The Sangria and Blueberry Mojito were truly celebratory. The table service was impeccable and presentation of the meals very timely. The management and staff were a pleasure to interact with at all times. The setting for this resort produces the calming effect we wanted. The buildings are a pleasure to view. WE HAD FUN.
