An average Tim's. The employees were friendly, and my order was done quickly. Good size dining room. Parking is minimal but there are two EV chargers in the back. Drive thru moves quick, unsure of the service though.
Mediocre customer service. The employees are expecting me to carry three drinks along side two lunch items without a tray. Slim to no common sense at all, I even heard from a friend of mine that there's some employees in this establishment that doesn't treat their customers with respect. It's like they are not here to do their jobs properly yet they slack off whenever they have the opportunity to do so. Customer service needs improvement, but that is a reflection on the trainer and the person who trained them. Tim Hortons needs to treat their employees better and make sure they are happy or it reflects in the quality of their work. Maybe bring back mystery shoppers?
