“HTKP Smile Cookies, good friends and good coffee“

“Top notch friendly staff, fantastic coffee served the right way.“

“I ordered from here today for the first time for my birthday lunch with my family. We’ve tried a few local pizza places and this has been the best by far. My husband really enjoyed this and he’s quite the critic when it comes to pizza. We got a party size pepperoni pizza. We also got 3lbs of wings, they were delicious. Great size wings and portion for the price compared to other places. Lastly we got penne in meat sauce which was really good as well. I will definitely order again. Staff was also very friendly.“

“This Tim hortons is way better than many others I have been to. They have everything I wanted and my two drinks were made very fast. I do want to say that I am giving this location a 4 stars but not based on the food but because of what I saw and heard while waiting in line. It was around 12 o clock and there was an older lady, I couldnt read her name well because she kept running around but I think it was Kalie or something with a K. There was a younger girl working with her but there was no communication. The way this older lady spoke to her felt so demeaning and rude that I did not want to be in her presence any longer than 5 minutes. She kept yelling random things and running around, she was going to take my order than talking in between to the other workers or the other people in line. Just blatantly being rude to me and to the other person alongside her. I am unsure if she is a manager, but if she is I would demote her as quick as possible! You do not speak to anyone in that type of tone, especially at a customer service job.“

“Love everything about coffee cultures. Such a nice atmosphere. In this day and age with so much chaos in the world, its such a nice relaxing get away. I go with my daughter. We get to relax, connect and enjoy wonderful beverage and food!! 🙂“

“I was there in rush hour. Huge lineup in drive thru and dining was full of people. But heads off to these crew members. Everyone was working so hard. Despite the rush i got my order in 60 seconds. This store is very busy in evening. There was a young Indian manager Nav, who was serving. She looks pretty experienced.“

“the staff at this Tim Hortons is, hands down, the most genuine and kindest people ive had the pleasure of getting my coffee fix from.
Doesn't matter at what time of day, I am always greeted with the best coffee and friendly faces. Thank you!“

“just went through the drive-thru and had a lovely conversation with the manager he was extremely Pleasant happy polite and not to mention that my drinks were made perfectly“

“This has got to be one of the nicest, friendliest and cleanest Tim Hortons I've been to and I've been to a lot. I live in Ottawa but had to come to Toronto today so we stopped here on our way back. My hubby and I were quite impressed. Well done all!!“

“We ordered movie night treat boxes for our cadets and they were fantastic! The cadets loved them, and the ability to have local delivery was fantastic. We definitely recommend and will use again!!“

“Just another time Hortons. The employee taking orders was clearly miserable and hating her life.
