Server acted really cheap! Guy was counting no. Of spinach leaves, number of cucumbers etc. lol when I called him out on that sarcastically! He said it was the owner’s instructions!!.I rated four star only for the atmosphere at OnRoute!!! Kudos to onroute management!Vegetarian options: Servers use the same gloves as they use for the meats, and sometimes meat pieces may mix-up with veggies!
Their "crispy" chicken is essentially soggy cold chicken with what tasted like bits of ice in it. The workers didn't seem to be trained on how to prepare the food, and customer service. Better food safety protocols need to be followed as well when it comes to handling food without gloves.
