I’m really disappointed with the cake I received. First, it was the wrong color when my boyfriend picked it up. Then, when I cut into it, I found a huge piece of plastic wrap underneath—clearly they didn’t have time to fix their mistakes. Who does that? I’ve ordered many cakes from here before, and this was just unacceptable. I’ve never encountered fondant over plastic like this. Definitely a one-star experience.

I went ahead and satisfied my milk bread needs with a bonus addition of matcha that's swirled into the cross-section. It's a pillow-like texture that takes on a thin crisp on the outside when toasting is what always makes me crave more bread, and the matcha gives it even more depth of flavour.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with the store. Their salesperson (maybe the owner) was super rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. She seemed completely disinterested in even trying to answer the flavour of the cakes. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
