We recently visited Flower & Horse in Spring and had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant specializes in Crossing the Bridge Noodles, and it's easy to see why they're known for it. The broth was rich, flavorful, and full of umami, while the noodles had the perfect texture and remained pleasantly bouncy throughout the meal.

What impressed us most was that the quality extended beyond the signature noodles. The side dishes were equally delicious...

We had 5+5 in our group. All of us first time here, everyone had good feedback of this place.
Fresh ingredients and good service. We ordered cold chicken dish, marinade beef with beef tripe and cucumbers, perfect marinated and taste good.
Place feels clean and organize.
3 preteen can sharing 2 noodles bowl, they also offer free refill for more noodles

Such a lovely restaurant for rice noodles, with cute decorations from Yunnan. We ordered a set menu, everything tastes delicious, including the small dishes. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, will come back again!
