Dim sum portions are quite big, with many varieties of food items to choose from, all very reasonably priced. The restaurant is very spacious. Service is good, and servers are really helpful and kind, but are overworked and forget things a bunch. The restaurant uses robots to deliver food, but when food arrives, diners must wait until a staff is available to get the food from the robot. The payment service is slow to come and hazardous. Some note a bad air conditioner or heat odor. The washrooms are pretty bad. Robot dishes are poorly translated to English, causing some confusion. For special events, the house was packed with guests, and dishes were rich in color, aroma and flavor, with singing, dancing performances, and a lucky draw.
