There were a lot of diners at noon on Sunday, and the wait staff was insufficient, but the service was still acceptable, the meal took a little longer, and the food quality was acceptable.

Step on thunder‼ ️To be honest, the service attitude is really bad. The meal I ordered earlier was quite delicious, but the last call was getting saltier and saltier. Not very recommended‼ ️

Compare to other all you can eat sushi they are better, service is a bit slow but food is very good and fresh. We will go back again

They need to hire more workers, how do you only have 2 sushi chefs for such a big restaurant? I made a reservation for 630 and because they didn't have enough staff, we waited 20 minutes to be seated (table was empty already they just didn't have the time with what only looked like 2 waitresses to seat us and I really wish they just turned us away) while walking to our seats, the poor over worked and underpaid waitress warned us that service is really slow today which is understandable but not to the extent of how slow service was for us. Once we sat down the ordering process was really confusing, it was a mobile ordering system where you use your own phone not the generic iPad system. We waited over 35 minutes before we got some below average food, 9 people sitting there over an hour since our scheduled reservation. We were finally served 1 bowl of miso soup. We had planned to go see a movie at 9pm and thought starting dinner at 630 would be enough time. In total, we sat at the restaurant for over 2 hours and were served a total of 3 times. Of course we didn't receive everything we ordered, we left the restaurant hungrier than when we got there. We were forced to leave to make our movie after just sitting there for 2 hours. The bill included 10% gratuity and we essentially paid a $400+ bill for sitting at a restaurant. Unbelievable, one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I just feel bad for the employees because they are definitely over worked and this is out of their control. Management needs to do better. Because of how busy and how little people they had, whatever food we got was so sub par, my experience would be 100x better if I just had T&T sushi.

Ordered our food at noon about 10 different dishes and around 12:30pm, we got about 5 dishes and they forgot the rest of them. By 1pm, we reordered them plus few more dishes and by 1:30pm, still no food. We decided to leave because we were not getting our food for 1 hour and 40 minute. Before we left the restaurant at 1:45pm, my two grandsons only had one miso soup and one glass of iced water and yet, they still charged full price of the meal. According to the management, everyone was getting same service like ours. They should served the customers who were seated to get their food instead to filled the empty tables with new customers. Advise to the owner, please do not serve too many customers if you are unable handle them. With a few times experience like today, obviously, your management is unable handle a big volume of customers.

5 stars for the taste of the food its really goodBUT the waiting time will make you full already i took took more than 30 mins for all of our 1st order of food to come and we already got full just by eating the appetizers we orderedExpect long waiting time for food to arriveAnd just order what you will finish because they will charge you for the tiniest food you'll have on the plateWould i come back? Maybe, maybe not just because theres other restaurants that serves the same thing as themGood price for lunch though but not worth it for waitingServers are nice but in a rush

Below average food that would not impress anyone. The sushi is probably acceptable back in the 90s. Price is pretty much the same as most other ayce sushi places. Aside from location, there is really no reason to come here.
