“My wife and I went to A&W in Val Caron, I noticed the manager/operator was really on top of things, he conversed with the staff in a friendly manner. The order was taken and presented within two minutes. The food was hot and very good, all of the condiments were full and readily available. The tables and working surfaces were clean and in fact the operator asked an assistant to wipe the tables and condiment area. There was a queue of about eight customers and we were served in a very timely fashion. I sat facing the work area and noticed how efficient and concerned the operator was, with dealing with customers and staff. After I ate, I thought it would be a good idea to get his attention and commend him on his establishment, he asked if the food was good and was appreciative of my comments. I think we should tell people, when we have received good service in fast food or retail shops, not just when we complain. The fast food and retail industry can be hard, so a little praise can go a long way.“

“I recently visited Dairy Queen and had a fantastic experience. The place is excellent, with a clean environment and friendly staff. My order was perfectly cooked, and I must commend Jeel for doing an awesome job. The manager, Mehul Patel, is incredibly friendly. Overall, a great place for a delightful treat!“

“Gonna be real - as an avid meat eater, while vegetarian/vegan food options aren't my style, these guys make it WORK, for sure. While I personally enjoy it for the food quality, those with dietary needs will have said needs met and then some.“

“Food was way better last time I tried this place about 4 years ago. To be honest it wasn't bad either but its not what it was that's for sure. Staff was very nice and was even playful with my 4 year old. I do think that the place is run down and needs maintenance now though.“

“I came here with a small group after a day of snowmobiling. We parked our sleds out back and got seated without a wait on a Tuesday night.The service was great, and we didn't wait long for our food. I got the lieutenant burger. Other than the patty being slightly overcooked, it was definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had. The fries were also fantastic and were hot and crisp.The price for the burger and fries was not bad at $16, but $2 seemed a bit steep for a can of Pepsi. Overall, I would definitely stop in again.“

“I took my kids there for breakfast. The food was good especially the bacon and m(my d aughter each got a breakfast special and my son the pancakes. The price was definitely right...There was some noise v_because they were fixing and updating the fire alarms . Aside from that, the waitress was very attentive and polite. “Absolutely mental that this place is sitting at a direct 4 stars and not higher. The chicken quality sure, but the sauces served here are amazing. As someone who loves spice, Volcanic Drunken is my most favourite hot bbq flavour I’ve tried. And this experience was only from a delivery app, I’m sure it tastes far better in person when fresh. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be trying out again.“

“Have only had good experiences at this A&W, the staff are amazing which makes the dinning experience all the better and the food is the standard A&W quality.It doesn't matter how busy it is, I am always pleased with the customer service from the staff, they are understanding and will take their time with a customer if needed.This place is a little further but I prefer this location within Sudbury.Vegetarian options: They have the beyond burgers which you can remove toppings if need beKid-friendliness: It's a burger joint so of course it's kid friendly. The staff is amazing as well which makes the dinning in experience with kids enjoyable“

“Service was ridiculous tonight. Our burgers and fries sat under the heat lamp while the server took his time serving his co worker who wasn't currently working. Someone needs to crack the whip a little more on their employees. Our food wasn't that great and it usually is. Dont go on the weekends. Weekdays are better. Just saying.....“

“I had Crystal as a bartender tonight and she was hands down the best server out there. She will always be checking on your table to make sure you are doing okay and if you need anything. She is amazing , and made it so so much more welcoming there when the timing wasn’t the best! She knows 100% how to handle her job! Keep up the good work hun!❤️“
