“I stopped by the A&W in Chelmsford on Saturday night, July 25, around 9:45 p.m. during an extremely busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed with the service. Even though the restaurant and drive was packed, the two young men working stayed polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. It took 5 minutes to get our food and the young supervisor I didn’t get his name was very polite and apologized Sincerely sorry for the wait. They worked efficiently, kept a positive attitude, and made sure my order was fresh and accurate despite how busy it was. It’s clear they were working hard, and they handled the pressure exceptionally well. They deserve recognition for their excellent customer service and dedication. Thank you for making my visit a great experience!“

“I called Dairy Queen in the south end. Wanted to get a birthday cake. That’s about all we can do during this pandemic. Is try to celebrate as best we can. The young man who answered was very short... not only short but told me I could just go through the drive through to get a birthday cake. And before I had a chance to say anything else he hung up abruptly. So, thank you to the Chelmsford location. Nadine was kind, polite, and very accommodating. I will be picking up the cake tomorrow. Thanks again for the great service.“

“Best McDonald’s in Sudbury! I go out of my way to hit up this location. Fries are always hot and I didn’t even know McDonald’s seasoned their patties before coming here. Sometimes there is a lull in service between breakfast and dinner menu but this is understandable and it’s just the reality of a 24h service restaurant.“
