A&W serves very tasty food, including perfect burgers, and has a nice-looking restaurant. The staff is polite, and the ladies at the counter are friendly and accurate with orders. The customer service from the guy working at night was kind and went above and beyond, offering an excellent drive-thru experience. The staff at the Chelmsford location remembered names of regular customers, and Cathy provided exceptional service. However, there have been issues with the online ordering system, leading to disappointing experiences. Despite this, the restaurant has made efforts to rectify the situation. As long as you're not ordering drinks, like lemonade, which can be a letdown, A&W remains a commendable choice for a meal.
