Food was never delivered at my address. I called the restaurant and the person argued that his driver delivered it and in other words it was not his problem. I told him that his driver may have delivered it but not at my house. He gave me the driver’s phone number but he never answer or called me back. What a way to start the new year!

I ordered a pizza from Eastview by Uber Eats so I can avoid the hidden fees they normally charge if you pay for delivery by debit. I do not know if they don't like people using this service, but my pizza was stiff and cold and the delivery guy was not friendly compare to previous orders of mine when I ordered directly at the pizzeria. This is the last time I ordered a pizza from Eastview. Be aware that only one is an actual delivery man and others are the owners themselves delivering your food.

Been loyally going here for 25 years brought my kids and many of my friends and family have been introduced to eastview thanks to me and everyone loves it, from fresh slices to shawarmas and more.. small no place to eat there but great food and the brothers are all friendly.

Ordered delivery. Canadian-style pizza. I opted for the thin crust. Delicious. Real strips of bacon. Tasty mushrooms. Tangy sauce. Generous amount of cheese. Perfectly baked. Leftovers reheated very well. Wish I'd tried this neighbourhood place sooner. Will definitely order again.

These people that own this place are brothers .They are terrible. I ordered chicken wings very dry, the pizza was a medium very small for medium itwas OK. Nothing special. I called to tell him I wasn't happy with my chicken wings dry, and the pieces were all drums, he pretty much blamed his brother for giving me all drums and in so many words I was lying about the chicken being dry. Very rude .. don't waste your money on this place.. very disappointing

I can see that I’m not the only negative review on here, which is no longer surprising to me. Fair warning, if you order from here, be sure to pay with cash because I had literally been a customer here since I was about 13 years old (for about 15 years) and it was my absolute favourite place. I ordered from there at least once a month and always got along great with the guy who owns the place and answers the phone. Earlier this month I ordered a pizza, paid with debit, and there was an issue with the machine so the first time it said that it had an error and the second time it said declined because the money had gone through the first time. They ended up letting me have a pizza which I appreciated because I figured that everything would be settled once it went through on their end. However, I just went to order again today, and the guy told me that I still owed him for the pizza last time. I told him that my bank statement says the payment went through. He told me to call my bank, I called my bank and my bank said that it went through for sure, 100%. I called him back to tell him that my bank was sending me a proof of payment so that I could show him that I wasn’t lying, and he continuously laughed at me while I was trying to speak, mocked me, and kept repeating “I’m not giving away free food”. Despite me telling him that I could prove the money went through. he demanded that I called my bank back and tell them to put the money back in my account so I can pay again. But obviously the money went through so my bank is not gonna give me back money that has officially been spent. I am severely disappointed that I can’t order from here anymore, because the pizza is honestly amazing, but the staff is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Seriously disappointed in the response from the owner today. I definitely responded very heatedly after being mocked and laughed at for so long, which I could have handled better. But that was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.
I love this restaurant, to me it was the best pizza in Ottawa, I always recommend this place to everyone and we are loyal customers who order way too much lol. I am very disappointed in them because 1 of their employees is rude af even if yours long time customer. And honestly I went to order tonight again for the second night in a row, and they obviously didn't feel like working anymore because 1/2 an hour before they closed they refused to answer the phone to take my order. Pure lazy That for me was enough to push me away.
