The most BEAUTIFUL pastry ever seen and I have seen many in my life as I lived in France, you MUST go!!! I'm still blown away by the owner's talented artistic work! I took my breath away because everything was so beautiful! Looking forward to going back there for sure! And what can I say about the kindness of the owner’s daughter?

Amazing spot for a quick lunch in Vanier!! I ordered an iced matcha which wasn’t mixed enough(clumpy matcha powder) but the server was more than happy to correct it. All in all great service!

I needed a hostess gift when visiting friends in Ottawa and found Quelque Chose on google. Picked up two boxes of beautiful macarons and got a tea and scone for myself. Super cute place, great pastries! What a happy find in Vanier.

The first thing I saw when I walked in the cafe was an assortment of goodies in the glass display. The many flavours of macarons is extensive. I didn’t get a chance to try one but I definitely would love to. The menu is extensive as well. I got the same as my guest, a large iced coffee. Also, I asked about freshly baked that day items and I got a chocolate croissant made that day. I was promptly asked if I wanted it warmed up. The service and the greetings were wonderful including being offered different things including letting us stay inside for a little while it was closed and they were cleaning up. I totally recommend Quelque Chose Cafe in Vanier.

Amazing. My family and I have now had a chance to sample a great many of their items and they've all been so good. Delicious, and high quality. I've stopped going to my regular bakery since discovering this patisserie. The owners are passionate about their business. It's beautiful and inviting. We love their menu. A local treasure. Try it.

A little piece of Paris in the heart of Vanier, Ottawa! Best croissants, REAL croissants and the best brownies. And a large variety of macarons! Oh la laaaa!
