“we love coming here for her popcorn chicken. the owner makes it fresh and always to order, her other dishes are really good as well and decently priced. she works 7 days a week and is always happy to make adjustments or accommodations. we get takeout whenever we can and order her popcorn chicken for a snack when friends are coming over, it’s a crowd pleaser!“

“Great deep fried chicken. Very crispy and great flavor. Don't forget the fried corn.“

“I love the shaved ice dessert here, very refreshing with a lot of toppings with different texture. The menu is very extensive with hot and cold dessert, cake and waffle and shaved ice desserts or milk tea. The place is clean and service is reasonable, you order at the cashier and pay there. They open late so it's good for a night out
We got the the taro ball max and the jimbo ube milk shaved ice, which costed about 12-16. Very yummy and not too sweet. The taro balls are definitely the best.
Parking: street parking available“

“I like this is peak crispy and super juicy. Not slimey like other places but actually juicy it was rlly good. I only paid 12$ cuz I got a special for my meal. And he gave me a water bottle when I asked for a water cup which is good customer service. Way better than common chicken chains IMO.“

“I'm giving this place a higher rate than it deserves because of the atmosphere lol. The food honestly is just average and when I asked the staff for recommendations, he honestly told us that the food isn't great and said it's all fried stuff anyways lols. The drinks are not bad. This place is just for you to chill with friends late at night (or early if you wish). It brings back memories of what I used to do in high school and University when all these big tea places were around (e.g., Go For Tea).“

“This place was a delight with a variety of set choices. Today I chose the Japanese Miso hot pot (not spicy). It was delicious. Also, the portion was pretty large. I could have easily shared it with one other person. I enjoyed dipping the meat in one of the condiments that was provided at the table. Sorry I don't know the name of it. But it was a thick red sauce and not spicy at all. I scooped some into a small bowl and dipped away. I'm interested in trying the other variety of hot pots on the menu. Maybe go for the lobster one next time.“

“No seating area. Very small shop. Service is quick. The bubble tea tasted the same as other coco fresh locations.Always getting their taro slush with coconut jelly instead of bobbaaa
Parking: Shop is located outside plaza. Plenty of parking as there are other bubble tea shops and sushi places next door.“

“Decent fix for a craving for mango sago, however my most recent visit was surprising because they are now(?) only doing take out. There was no signage that indicated that dine in service would resume so not sure if they’ll be around for much longer“

“Allan, the manager at Ten Ren off Highway 7, is absolutely outstanding! I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, and his dedication and work ethic have always stood out. I initially thought he might be the owner or a family member because of how much he genuinely cares about the business and its customers. Allan’s exceptional leadership is evident in the respect he’s earned from his team — it’s clear they value him, and that respect is well-deserved. His customer service is unmatched, and his high emotional intelligence shines through in every interaction. Ten Ren is lucky to have such an incredible manager who consistently goes above and beyond!“
