when i was handed one of my sundae, the lid was not on all thw way and it completly fell into my lap, it was soft and runny, the girls laughed at me and when i asked for a refund on my ice cream she said sorry not her fault when it clearly was. she laughed and handed me some napkins as that was all she could do. very poor service, and very disappointed. we come here often but never again after this catastrophe. i was sickend and very mad when all she did was laugh at me.
We got a Birthday cake from this location, although they spelt Birtday (birthday) wrong, we had a laugh and it was still delicious. Might just want to make sure to double check their spelling
I don’t normally give reviews but it’s also been a very long time since someone’s customer service has impressed me as much as my experience today. My daughter and I were on a mission to attempt to get a Harry Potter cake for my sons birthday today and after being turned away from another local establishment because they needed 48 hours (totally understandable) we went to DQ expecting we would get the same answer and settle for some writing on a cake instead.
