For four years, I could rarely get my order made correctly. Today was my last visit. Even the manager, who made my order, screwed up a simple breakfast sandwich. Long line-ups, reduced staffing...even on busy Saturdays. No napkins in any dispensers, and when I brought it to their attention, the employee didn't even know how to fill the dispenser!
