Most of the staff is very nice but you have one female working there whom should not deal with people. She only accepts orders from certain people. Very very rude
Terrible service. Placed an online order and stood in the "online order pick up area" for 1/2 and hour and not a single person even acknowledged we were there or had been waiting. I finally asked between customers in the line up about it and was rudely asked if I had told anyone I was there waiting. I visit Tim's a lot, and not once have I had to ask for an online order, the point is to avoid having to do that and the orders are placed where one can just go in, grab, and go. Would have been nice to get the whole cookie I payed for. I’m hoping it just fell off in the baking process. The idea that someone bit into the cookie is just to disgusting to think of. Either way I’m not pleased 😢.
