I placed an order with this company on the 28th march online it’s now the 8th April they cancelled the order due to no drivers apparently. And I still haven’t been refunded they are so rude and totally unprofessional in the manner they speak to customers .. they keep saying there is no one there who can help me it’s disgraceful to take money off my card and not deliver the order or refund me
Rang and booked a table then tried to add on baby chair and was told point blank no canceled table very very rude staff I will never step foot in this place again ,
Couldn’t believe how rude the lady was ,

Gold Palace Chinese Restaurant features a broad menu with a variety of dishes, including popular choices like Dim Sum, Pan fried pork bun with vegetables, and Salt and pepper squid. The restaurant can get crowded, so arriving early is recommended. The service is quick and the food generally has good flavor, with some dishes like the Steamed shrimp and pea sprout dumpling, and Steamed chicken feet in black bean sauce being enjoyed by many. The Siu Mai with cordyceps flower and the Hargaw are large and savory, and the Tofu skin roll provides a fun texture. The Cucumber with house special spicy has good-sized chunks and just the right amount of spice. While the Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce was slightly undercooked, the Peking Duck was praised. The Lobster - Hong Kong style had many shells and little meat, and the Fish and Congee combo had some bones and scales, but comes with a large noodle plate with fish filet pieces that are mostly boneless. Overall, Gold Palace Chinese Restaurant offers surprisingly delicious and high-quality food. The outside sign may look simple, but the food inside is worth trying. Recent reviews highlight fresh, hot food, with recommended dishes like combo #4, egg and spring rolls, breaded jumbo shrimp, eggplant tofu with black bean sauce, and Cantonese veggie chow mein. The portions are generous, and the food is tasty, though sometimes a bit salty. Parking is easy to access right off the highway. This restaurant is a hidden gem for those heading to the cottage, offering quick, satisfying, and quality Chinese dishes perfect for a road trip or cozy evening at home or cottage.
