Worst experience in drive thru. Waited for 30 mins in the line. What kind of fast food serve like this? They are running the restaurant with 1 or 2 people. We got delayed on the way to airport. Minus stars for this

What a joke this place is !!!! They couldn't get an order right if you paid them....lol I told them at least 5 times what I wanted and still they messed it up. Got home and of course the food was wrong. They even shorted me a burger so had to go back and get what was paid for. They also don't understand English. I could barely understand the girl. Same with her. she didn't know what I was ordering. THIS IS MOSTLY THE NORM FOR THIS PLACE ! See ya !

Why are the drink machines always permanently broken? For mediocre food I'd rather just get a root beer (surprise!! Machine is broken!). Seems like a waste of time.

The beef patties are oddly thinner and smaller than at other A&W locations I have been to. Isn't that odd? I was so surprised today when I ate my meal. I won't be returning.

Asked for chicken buddy with mustard and lettuce. Was told extra 40 cents for lettuce. Ok fine. Paid for lettuce. Got no lettuce. 3rd time. Maybe I should have learned the first time...maybe the 2nd..but nope 3rd time again same issue! I'd rather go elsewhere. 40 cents for a piece of lettuce n they still don't put on. Smh.

Stop hiring people that can't understand or speak English for drivethru shallu NEEDS TO BE FIRED 10 minutes in drive thru and still couldn't understand English this is NOT the first time with these employees ben laughs at me when I come inside to make my order.
