The value for a combo at A&W is too expensive for what you get. I got a papa combo with a poutine upgrade which was over $20. Also it wasen't worth it at all as my burger was not fresh. It have cheese on the patty which was already hard. The prep. of the burger was sloppy as all the ingredients added were piled on one side of the burger. They poutine was cold, nothing special at all.

I had the veggie burger, but it wasn’t made well — too little salt, no pepper, and no sauces at all. I had to ask for extra sauce. It really wasn’t prepared properly. It was very sober

Went to this location to get a beyond meat burger. Told me they only had the masala burger that they aren't doing the beyond meat while doing the masala burger. Which isn't true qll the other locations still have beyond the meat. The masala burger has cheese it is not vegan so why did this location lie and say it's vegan? If you're going to be that lazy that you won't make a beyond burger don't lie about another burger being vegan. I can't have cheese and i bit into a mouth full of cheese. This is not okay! Never eating here again

I placed my order at the drive through 3 time got to the window still wrong got back to work to eat and fries were already just warm aoggy before I drove away but pissed nothing on burger when I asked for reg onions not cooked!!!

Waited 15 mins for my order after going through the drive thru which was empty and the dining room was as well. All the burgers were cold and the onion rings were cold and all the breading fell off. This is my second crappy experience here so needless to say it's my last.

I decided to go here yesterday as I was in the plaza and needed a snack. I saw there was several cars in the drive thru but thought it's fine, going inside looked just as busy. We sat in the drive thru line for 15mins without moving, eventually moving 1 car up.. sat for another 10ish minutes without moving. I finally realized that no other car had pulled up behind me so I could back out of the line. I felt like there was no other choice at this point. After sitting for almost a full 30 minutes and not even being at the speaker to order. This is for sure unacceptable service. If there was an issue with staffing etc.. then maybe you should close the drive thru so this doesn't happen. It will be a long time before I return to this establishment. Please do better. People don't mind waiting however this length of time is unreasonable.
