Lauryn serviced us today in the Waterloo Boston pizza. We had a great dine in experience. We were not sure if the lunch menu would be fulfilling so we asked her for some feedback and any recommendations.

I made a pick up order on Tuesday evening. The server didn’t give my husband all the bags and so he came home missing a large portion of the order. I called and talked to the manager who not only personally drove the food to my house ( a 25 minute drive in traffic) but also had the food remade fresh before he left! He also brought us the original order and a free dessert! Extremely amazing service and I will definitely go to this location again. The food was also made very well...
