Enjoyed their $15 lunch combo deal which was excellent. The food was great, and server Harmanpreet provided polite, attentive and friendly service. The lunch combo includes a soft drink, entree and side, and quick service is guaranteed for those facing time constraints. Highly recommend BP for this lunch special. Breaded chicken pecan salad is a favourite.

We have a young hyperactive kids and meal time is often difficult when we go out, but Boston Pizza Waterloo always makes us feel so welcome.
We especially love our waiter Chris. We have had him on multiple occasions. He is a gem with the kids, often bringing us extra wet wipes, accommodating little things that make our meal easier. The service was excellent and the food passable, but the Shrimp Alfredo Spaghetti while essentially good, the sauce was sparse for myself and excessive for my dining partner, though it was more like soup than a sauce. On the positive, they did not skimp on the shrimp.
The hot chocolate was required on this frosty day, but it was watery and too sweet, it didn't quite hit the spot, but we appreciated the effort.
