I recently visited Burger King, and while the food was the classic really amazing what really stood out was the amazing service from Hemraj
I visited there, and Front Guy Hemraj is very fast and attentive. I like his service.....he’s so polite and humble...I really appreciate his sincerity and service.
Just ordered a Large Hot chocolate from 150 University Ave W, Waterloo, Canada. I got this.. Its nothing but excessive water added to it. Totally disappointed..
No coffee at 3 am
Really disappointed, they have policy not excepting legal government 100$ bill. Pathetic business Really sad.. I left hungry....

I ordered a Whopper and all I got was a patty and two buns. There weren’t any toppings on the burger. Absolute joke.

There are burgers that cost two Canadian dollars a piece, but they turn out to be a little bit bigger. This is nothing more than a way of teasing you.

Daksh is the hardest worker in all of Waterloo region. Here everyday and he consistently provides a 10/10 service and with a smile. Great guy. Needs to be a manager

Absolutely pathetic wait times and the food doesn't make up for it in any way imaginable. Nothing "fast" about this fast food, and it would be hard to even call it food.

Always have been a fan of burger king, but today it felt like the employers did not feel like working, just have a look at the portion no straws or spoon, all the ice cream melted. Total disappointment.

Why so much understaffed? Rude lady at front. The lady with lipstick is never responding, there were not many orders but my food took 39 minutes to get ready. Even though it was ready they took 6 minutes extra to give it to me. I don’t understand this owner’s greed to save $15 an hour thus they didn’t allot another employee.
Very disappointed, and I also know that no one will respond to this review. There must be an Indian owner.
