I liked the whopper, the crew member hemeraj was really friendly, and was really genuine and kind. I liked the way he treated and gave excellent service and went above and beyond. I came around in the evening and I would like to give my appreciation to him.

Why is Burger King deleting my review.. take accountability… This was at July 2nd in the morning.. Review posted July 2nd in the evening.. deleted July 3rd.. I am reposting it now.. Google pls investigate this scam company! Where do I begin… Worst restaurant design I have ever seen.. The women manager is shrill and seems to be worse than any of her staff. She asks too many questions and tried to give me a “paper crown”? I am a grown woman what am I going to do with a crown.. She gave me the least fries possible. not to mention they tasted horrible.. Food was ok but you get what you pay for… Homeless people everywhere.. No one takes there food and the lines are stupid.. I placed my order at the kiosk and people ordering at the front take so long that no one is able to pack orders… Pls avoid this location.. waste of time and money

Just ordered a Large Hot chocolate from 150 University Ave W, Waterloo, Canada. I got this.. Its nothing but excessive water added to it. Totally disappointed..
