The noodle is very authentic! That’s the favour I love and missed. I’ve had lunch and dinner in this restaurant for more than four times!They are always busy! We had beef tendon soup, beef chow mein, and the beef shank appetizer. All the dishes had really good flavor, the noodles are delicious and kind of freakishly long (not complaining, just describing ), and the beef shank appetizer surprised me because it was cold (on purpose) but actually quite good... I never would have expected it to be cold but I actually think it's better that way having tried it.Honestly the best part might have been the soup broth, which is saying a lot...read full review

It's that perfect "hole in the wall" tiny restaurant with great food and service. Plus it's unusual food, as it's from a Chinese province not usually represented in restaurants. There's more to China than just Canton and Szechuan!
