The noodle is very authentic! That’s the favour I love and missed. I’ve had lunch and dinner in this restaurant for more than four times!They are always busy! Which means their food is good and I agree!The serving speed is ok.The noodle itself is made with clear bone broth, it’s savoury and aromatic. I love this restaurant and their noodles.The bbq is also authentic, it is the traditional north east style. Very rich in flavour. You have to try it yourself to know how good it is.

It gets a bit busy but I love this place for just eating a giant bowl of oily spicy noodles. I always recommend dumping in the black vinegar as well.
