Service was way to long from waiting for server, waiting for food and then waiting for bill, food was mid the bruschetta wasn’t good but the wings were okay, would recommend the buffalo chicken quesadilla if you have to go.

The food has been really good and very reasonably priced but everytime we have come they seem to have one staff member running everything so wait time could improve.

coming from someone who works in the food industry. this was absolutely ridiculous. waited 15 minutes to be greeted by our server (which it wasn’t even busy at the time), she was very short and snippy with us. didn’t even tell us her name. we ordered our food (appetizers) and drinks (one ceaser and a regular iced tea) at the same time. after 20 minutes of waiting for just our drinks, we left! we didn’t receive anything, not even someone telling us it’ll just be a few more minutes.

Friendly staff. Good Atmosphere. Not the staffs fault but the franchise/ management should schedule at least one or two more waiters on Sundays. Otherwise great time and will come back. 5 stars.

I had a great experience. The server “Nidhi”was very nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and
the service added to the overall pleasant vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

The food is always very delicious at Chucks. Normally I don’t have a single complaint when I visit! Unfortunately my experience this time wasn’t the case. The whole restaurant smelt like sewage water. When I went into the bathroom it was an overwhelming smell of urine and bleach. I was gagging so badly I had to leave. It was enough for me to not ever want to go bad there again. This was at the Waterloo Location today
