This place has really gone downhill lately. Very rude and ignorant employees. Trash everywhere. I left after not being acknowledged for 10 minutes. If this is what the front is like, what are they doing in the back with dairy and frozen products.

I try not to leave bad reviews or one stars unless necessary, but my recent experience was terrible.

I used to eat here a few years ago, and everything was tasty, hot, and served quickly.
Today, I ordered 2 burgers and a few blizzards. The food took 20 mins to come out!!! And there was only one other person waiting for food.

As if the wait wasn't bad enough, once I got home and my buddy took a bite of his burger, he found it was raw.
The meat was completely pink and hardly even seared.

This was a terrible experience.
I won't likely get warm food from here again.

Avoid this particular DQ place if you have a choice! On Sep 4, I placed an order here by accident (due to DQ app poor design). One minute later I realized my mistake and called the place to cancel my order. They said they can't do it and I should call their corporate. The corporate said they can't refund as each location is independent, but they are going to investigate. A couple weeks later the corporate contacted me asking if I agree to get a refund and I said Yes.
As you already guessed, I'm still waiting for that refund!
Don't fall into the same trap and look elsewhere to spend your hard earned $$ at!

I have been disappointed more than once. This experience shows how they try to save money by giving you less than you pay for. This caramel Sunday is missing half of the topping. Look for a better place.

The service here has gone downhill, we had a terrible experience; I don’t know if management changed or untrained staff but we came for blizzards after two months as a treat and they tasted like weird butter with a strong smell and not sweet at all , melted and a weird after taste we ended up throwing ours away .
we ordered our usual chocolate brownie extreme and smarties blizzard . Avoid this location !

This is the worst location ever. I placed a wrong order through mobile app and they refused to cancel my order. I lost money, spent a lot of time trying to communicate and got nothing! Worst customer service, I’ll never come there from now.

Visited this location today. Ordered a hamburger, which upon receiving had little to no warmth to it. Another customer who had order four hamburgers had the same complaint. Told the girl on cash, who returned the items to the kitchen, where we could hear whoever prepare them argue that they were not cold. In the end they just microwaved the same burger and returned to us. I did not eat the burger. Not the kind of service I expected, thought they would provide a new freshly cooked burger. Won't be returning to this location ever.

Ice cream wasn’t frozen and store is filthy and smelled of spoiled milk.

We also order a bday cake with a request for a design on top. Apparently that was lost in translation and revived a very basic message on top. Based on previous cakes from past years this one is a joke.

The lack of diversity and experience with the staff is extremely evident. We won’t be returning to this location.

Went in to get some blizzards on a hot day. Was met with utter disappoint as they served customers (who also ordered blizzards) after us but somehow got their treats first? Not to mention the awful smell that hits your nose when you walk in. Will never return. Felt grossed out.
