It was very slow, disorganized, and understaffed. It's sad that this place ran so well before it was sold. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order while watching the staff get another order wrong twice. It's awful.
This is what you call Indian service he literally dipped his fingers in the ice cream sundae I just got one advice for people that are thinking of visiting this business keep a 100 miles away from this Indian business very poor hygiene I felt sick right after I consumed their ice cream even my dog didn't approve I hope this helps
We bought a cake for a worker's birthday.. I was told they DO NOT write anything on frozen cakes unless it's special order... Since when did they stop . We get frozen cakes here regularly and has writing on them . Sounds like the girl working didn't want to work . We will take our business elsewhere.
Honestly it’s too bad. I used to come here a lot and it used to be clean and the food was good, now it’s absolutely filthy. The booth cushions are covered in spilled ice cream and debris, the floor is dirty, the windows are covered in fingerprints and the walls around the garbages are covered in food splatters. Even the cashiers’ area looked like it needed a wipe down. It’s really off putting when you’re trying to enjoy a meal and nothing looks sanitary. Luckily there are other locations that are much cleaner than this one
Staff was fair, food was OK, what I object to is the filth of this location! The mens bathroom was disgusting, as was the women's.
The place looks like no one cares about cleanliness!
Overall the store was dirty, grimy, the cake fridge ledge was gross, under it was worse.

Do not order custom blizzard birthday cakes from this place! I ordered a Blizzard birthday cake. When I picked it up, the cake had no Reese butter cups around the trim, and no chocolate drizzle. I told them to add it when I picked it up but it was done sloppily but they did do it. When I got home and cut it there was no hot fudge in the centre which we discussed. Sadly I gave this place a second chance because I thought it was a one off thing as the same thing happened to another cake I ordered. But now that it happened twice it's like they do it on purpose. So buyer beware. You might cut your cake and get something you don't expect. Next time I will order at a different location. The people who work there are nice but they don't follow through on what you order. 1 star for sure!
This place has really gone downhill lately. Very rude and ignorant employees. Trash everywhere. I left after not being acknowledged for 10 minutes. If this is what the front is like, what are they doing in the back with dairy and frozen products.

I try not to leave bad reviews or one stars unless necessary, but my recent experience was terrible.
I used to eat here a few years ago, and everything was tasty, hot, and served quickly.
Today, I ordered 2 burgers and a few blizzards. The food took 20 mins to come out!!! And there was only one other person waiting for food.
As if the wait wasn't bad enough, once I got home and my buddy took a bite of his burger, he found it was raw.
The meat was completely pink and hardly even seared.
This was a terrible experience.
I won't likely get warm food from here again.

Avoid this particular DQ place if you have a choice! On Sep 4, I placed an order here by accident (due to DQ app poor design). One minute later I realized my mistake and called the place to cancel my order. They said they can't do it and I should call their corporate. The corporate said they can't refund as each location is independent, but they are going to investigate. A couple weeks later the corporate contacted me asking if I agree to get a refund and I said Yes.
As you already guessed, I'm still waiting for that refund!
Don't fall into the same trap and look elsewhere to spend your hard earned $$ at!

The service here has gone downhill, we had a terrible experience; I don’t know if management changed or untrained staff but we came for blizzards after two months as a treat and they tasted like weird butter with a strong smell and not sweet at all , melted and a weird after taste we ended up throwing ours away .
we ordered our usual chocolate brownie extreme and smarties blizzard . Avoid this location !
This is the worst location ever. I placed a wrong order through mobile app and they refused to cancel my order. I lost money, spent a lot of time trying to communicate and got nothing! Worst customer service, I’ll never come there from now.
