Food was as expected for a franchise and we've had better. There was no music. The the floors and walls around the garbage cans dirty - very dirty and the highchairs looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The fabric covered booths were extremely dirty and the overall smell in the place was generally unclean. The service was friendly and quick which helped to make the experience a decent one but we won't return.

Dirty washrooms, broken floors and walls, old equipment, very dirt cushions on chairs. The owner runs this place in a cheap way. It used to be Dairy Queen, now it’s something else.

guys....your floors and walls and bathrooms need a DEEP clean. I'm not sure if your kitchen is clean if your restaurant has what looks to be years of dirt.

I just came back from this place, dirty and nasty inside, I would never come back again! But now reading reviews, I see it's been like this forever, and they obviously don't care. I would not recommend this place, until they do deep cleaning, windows, seating area, floors 🤮

Their website features a $2.99 banana split and peanut buster parfait promotion, but the store refuses to honor it. It’s a store specific promotion.

Absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful. The floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months, and the windows were grimy and streaked. Very disappointing and unhygienic—won’t be coming back. So disgusted we wouldn’t dine in.

Absolutely disgusting every table dirty every chair dirty. High chair nasty slimy. Floor so schlick I slipped and almost fell with my 11 month old in my arms. During my visit there was 1 other person in the store during my visit so they weren't busy not a single staff came to wipe anything down. Vestibule smells like dirty feet because they are to cheap to buy a mew mop head. When a place of business starts cutting corners on cleaning they may as well close the doors what are they doing where the customer can't see. Won't be back!

Remind your workers about food safety regulations. If something falls on the ground, you don't serve it.
