I have been ordering here for quite some time now as I work in the area. Every time I order, I get nothing short of excellent service! Food is good and the staff are friendly! A well deserved 5 stars from me!
This is my favorite location. Staff and management are polite and efficient. We had an offer in the app to buy a small Blizzard and get a Peanut Buster Parfait for a buck or something (can't remember exactly) Anyways, I wasn't feeling chocolate so I asked if it was possible to get caramel instead. They said of course! This is my new favorite treat.
This location was a significantly better experience than the Westmount, Kitchener location. Our Blizzards were made correctly, the toppings were mixed in all the way to the bottom and the ice cream was the appropriate consistency. Service was friendly and fast (we did not have to wait in line). I have taken away 1 star as the restaurant wasn't the cleanest (having said that, it wasn't as filthy as the Westmount, Kitchener location).
