Worst Service I've Ever Experienced - Night of October 3, 2025
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received tonight, October 3, 2025. It was, frankly, the worst service I have ever had.
My waitress repeatedly and intentionally ignored me. Despite multiple attempts to get her attention—including direct eye contact and waving my hand—she bypassed my table to promptly serve others. I felt distinctly discriminated against by her actions.
This intentional neglect culminated when I attempted to ask for the bill; she ignored me again, forcing me to leave my table and go to the front desk to check out. The level of rudeness and intentional poor service from this waitress was unacceptable.

Been seeing this place since it opened a several months back, finally dropped in on a Thursday. Overall, decent experience.
We tried the 1-2-3-4 idli, aloo tikki, podi dosa, and chai. • Aloo tikki was a miss – yogurt tasted off and the tikki felt undercooked, kind of cold inside. • Idlis weren’t soft, more on the dense side. • Dosa was okay, nothing special. • Chai was actually really good.
Feedback: Service and atmosphere are solid, no complaints there. But since the focus is on dosa, I’d say tighten up on the food Quality. The basics (idli/dosa) should really shine.

Worst experience with them. Ordered navratri thali from them, despite giving enough notice for pickup , we were made to wait 20 mins. The moment we opened the plates, its all over. Even after charging $23, the food not only tasted average, the quantity was merely enough for 1. On top of it, the packaging was hell poor. Will never recommend nor will go back.

Had a wonderful experience at Dosa Boys! The Mysore Masala Dosa was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice-definitely the highlight of the meal. Friendly service from Shivani and tasty food, will be coming back for sure.
